aile olarak kaldığımız odada ek yatak ödemesi beklentisi de bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

Central buzzy hotel with great space and views and friendly staff.
Pros:

We love this hotel. It is a little tired now but the value is in the space that you get in the rooms and the amazing views particularly on the higher floors. Free pastries and hot drinks in the Mezze cafe for breakfast were a nice touch. The staff were lovely as usual.

Cons:

So many light switches in the bedrooms, several of which do not appear to work.

Great location and great service.

Cons:

The elevators were awful. Often had to wait 10-15 minutes to catch one. The room had great views but seemed a little worn and the TV was placed in a location that obstructed a good portion of the view and could not be moved.

Perfect place in Soho
Pros:

Just like during my first stay, I absolutely loved everything this time as well. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit.

I was especially happy that they kindly assigned me a room similar to the corner room I had before. The view was simply breathtaking. I enjoyed it every single day and night the skyline never gets old, and waking up to that view was truly special.

The food was outstanding. Whether it was by the pool or at breakfast, everything was delicious. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the smoothies were some of the best I’ve had. The service was flawless from start to finish.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. For me, it is simply the best. When I return to New York, this will definitely be my hotel of choice again. In my opinion, it is one of the finest hotels in SoHo, offering exceptional service, amazing food, and truly spectacular views.

Super zentrale Lage in Manhattan. Ausgezeichnete Suite mit sensationeller Aussicht.

Cons:

Reizthema aller Gäste war die unerträgliche Situation für den Gebrauch der Lifte. Da sich die meisten Zimmer im 20. Stock oder höher befanden, war man unweigerlich auf den Lift angewiesen. Wartezeiten von 10 oder mehr Minuten war normal. Ok im Urlaub hat man Zeit, aber.........

Gute Lage, schöne, saubere Zimmer mit einem grossen Bad.

Cons:

Dadurch dass die Lifte durch ein KI-System gesteuert werden, musste man oft bis zu 20 min warten, bis man vom 17. Stock in die Lobby fahren konnte. Wir hätten an einem Abend fast unsere Show verpasst, weil wir wegen der langen Wartezeit auf den Lift zu spät gekommen sind. Ein anderes Paar ist aus dem 17. Stock mit den Koffern zu Fuss über die Stiege in die Lobby gegangen.

dirty room with mould in the bathroom, carpets are filthy, paid for an extra high-level room, which was on floor 27, the hotel has 44 floors.
Only space for 6 hangers, this is for 2 people on a 5-night stop, so I ended up living out of suitcases
The reception & foyer is very old-fashioned in a shade of tobacco brown

Very spacious suite, clean and new. The most amazing views.
Pros:

I reserved the suite for me and my girls for our wedding weekend, it was the greatest experience and perfect for my getting ready pictures. Highly recommend!

Fun is Soho.
Pros:

I liked the general vibe of the property. The room was large and well appointed. Housekeeping did a great job. The staff in general were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It was very busy at times and the lobby is not large so it could feel overcrowded. The elevator system is hopeless.

מיקום מעולה, בחלק המערבי של הסוהו ובמרחק קצרצר מתחנת underground. מלון ברמה גבוהה. חדרים גדולים במונחים של ניו יורק וחדשים לגמרי. נוף מרהיב. יש בריכה ובר בקומה 7 ולובי שנעים לשבת בו.
