One of the best stay ever everything was perfect from the warm welcome at the reception to the cleanliness of the room and the quality of service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help specially front desk would definitely recommend this hotal to family and friends.

The team at the hotel has been excellent and very attentive. The property is wheelchair accessible and the stay was comfortable. It is also located very close to market area and just a couple of minutes walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Srinagar, MA Road and truly enjoyed every aspect of our experience. What stood out the most was the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality of the entire team.

A special thank you to Asma, Nida, Amir, Umar, Janisar, Farhan, and Muzammil at the front desk and guest services. They were incredibly helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The housekeeping team also deserves special appreciation. Our room was kept meticulously clean, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and thoughtful.

The food was another highlight — very well prepared, fresh, and delicious, with great care taken in its presentation and quality.

Overall, the hotel has a wonderful team that goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, good food, and genuinely friendly staff made our stay memorable.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. My first solo trip, and it felt very safe. Good location, good rooms (appropriate size for a couple). It's an old property, but very comfortable with all amenities. Suitable for leisure and business purpose. Grateful to Asma, Mehraan, Zubair and Aquib for their hospitality. They were very kind and helpful. I will be back for sure.
