Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Pleasant, decent breakfast but needs improvement
Pros:

Location was great, it is clean.

Cons:

the rooms we had (two of them) were tired and the shower leaked. Also the rooms should be cleaned daily and they kept forgetting. Also, the pool towels are fit for a 5-year-old. They are so small and you only get one a day from a vendor machine. I have never seen this before. And the double beds by the pool, the covers haven’t been changed in what looked like 10 years

Disappointing. Need to seriously improve cleaning and services

Nice room and balcony. Good breakfast

Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room wasn’t cleaned despite us asking reception 6 times. Very poor service considering it’s supposedly a 5 star hotel.

The carpet outside the room also was filthy/looked like it hadn’t been hoovered in months.

The gym is very dirty - hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time and should be included for guests free of charge. Ridiculous you have to pay 50 shekels for this especially considering the state of the gym

The outside of the building is looking very worn down

Pros:

Las vistas a la playa son muy buenas y el desayuno judío también. Tienen recepcionistas argentinos así que se agradece hablar en español.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están viejas, la limpieza es mejorable y nos despertaba el ruido de los trabajos de renovación por la mañana. La comunicación y reglas también es mejorable: el primer día nos dijeron que era 80 shéquel entrar en la sauna y el gimnasio pero el tercero nos dijeron que lo teníamos incluido.
