Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Location and cleanliness is great, but dont expect the staff to go above and beyond to make the stay special.

The pool was clean, chairs were also clean.

Cons:

The staff was not on top of things, we asked for room service but they didnt answer the phone. Reception said they will let them contact us. But after two hours we just went out for food.

חוויה נעמה .במלון ששומר על המוניטין שנים רבות.

המיקום היה מצויין ישבנו במרפסת . אוכל מגוון מאוד וטעים .

Cons:

לצערי היינו לילה אחד .קשה לשדרג אובייקטיבי את המלון על סמך לילה אחד .ובכל זאת החוויה היתה נעמה ביותר. והחדר שקיבלנו ענה על הציפיות .
דוד בקבלה היה אדיב מאוד ומקצועי .
והעניק לנו שעה אחת נוספת שהרשה לנו להנות עוד קצת מהמקום .

קיבלנו חדר נגיש נקי מרווח. בעלי עם כיסא גלגלים והכל מרווח ולא צפוף. חדר אוכל הכל היה בשפע ונקי. העובדים מאירי פנים ומכבדים. אנחנו תמיד מתארחים בדניאל ואף פעם לא התאכזבנו. מבחינתנו המלון מעולה עם ציון של 100. כל הכבוד👏🙏
