美味しい朝食と会場のロケーションの良さです。
Pros:

朝食時に眼科にたくさんのシジミ漁の船を見ることができて感動いたしました。その他のロケーションも大変美しく良かったですよ。又ホテルの１階にコンビニエンスストアーがあり大変に便利でした。駐車場にいた係の方も大変親切でした。

Cons:

工事中だったので仕方ないことですが、お部屋・浴場・フロントが別々だったので少し不便を感じました。思った以上にお部屋の広さが窮屈に感じたことを覚えています。それ以外は特にありません。ありがとうございました。

まだ、別館が工事中だった。周りに、行ってみたい飲食品店が見当たらなかった。

Pros:

大浴場は洗い場が少なめでしたがくつろげました。コンビニが1階にあるのもよいです。アメニティ類も必要十分です。バス停、松江しんじ湖温泉駅も徒歩で使えるので出雲大社往復に便利です。

Cons:

部屋、バスルームともにかなりコンパクトなので、荷物やなんだ広げるだけでなく、置いておくだけでも、工夫が必要です。ベットは十分広いですが。本館のお部屋だったので、新館の大浴場への行き来は、この時期はいいですが冬は目の前とはいえ少々つらいかもと思いました。

Excelente opción en Matsue
Pros:

Excelente opción. Hotel situado un lugar céntrico de Matsue, perfecto para viajar por trabajo como fue mi caso. Excelente el trato con el personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Excelentes también los servicios y el desayuno, de estilo bufet. No puedo pedir más, sólo dar las gracias.

Cons:

Esto no es un demérito del New Urban, sino un comentario general. Desde el estándar europeo, las habitaciones de los hoteles japoneses son pequeñas, y las del New Urban, también. En mi caso ya estaba acostumbrado y eso no representó ningún problema.

平日のこともあり安くて満足でした
Pros:

シャンプーバーもあり、アメニティが充実していました。
スタッフさんは　親切で礼儀正しかったです。

Cons:

窓の防音が甘く、夜中　外の人の声や車の音が聞こえてきました。
隣の部屋のドアの軋み音も聞こえ、開閉音は仕方ないにしても、軋み音は改善できそうなのに、と思いました。
