Important information:

Only the Twin Room in the main building can accommodate an extra bed.

Restaurant SHIKI opening hours:
- Breakfast: 07:00–10:00
- Lunch 11:30–14:00
- Dinner: 17:00–21:00

Please note that the hotel will undergo renovation work to change the current smoking rooms to nonsmoking rooms on the following dates/times: Friday, May 9, 2025 to Sunday, June 30, 2025, 10:00-18:00. Smoking rooms will be gradually changed to nonsmoking rooms according to the construction schedule During this period, guests may experience some noise and vibrations.

Maintenance work will be carried out from 11:00 to 18:00 on 17 May 2026.  Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Comfortable, clean and convenient
Pros:

We were very grateful for the overall cleanliness of the property, the comfy beds, and the generally peaceful atmosphere. It was great value overall, in a convenient location within a lovely area and close proximity to many must-see attractions. All staff were extremely friendly, and we really appreciated the options for luggage storage and late check-out.

The complimentary breakfast for international guests was generous and delicious, and we also appreciated the complimentary water and various utensils provided throughout our stay.

We will definitely be returning next time we visit Tokyo!

Cons:

Some wall repairs required in the walls of the room we stayed in. 2 pillows would be great on the double bed (had to manually request an extra pillow at reception).

off the beaten path; a new perspective on the metropolis
Pros:

very helpful, English speaking staff
unexpected exclusive residential neighborhood with leafy streets, old aristocratic estates, embassies. A different side of bustling Tokyo.
One block away from former residence of General Nogi (hero of Russo-Japanese War); grounds now a Shinto shrine hosting Shinto weddings, etc
Short but uphill walk to Canadian Embassy and its striking rock garden
Modular tiny bathroom had great water pressure and piping hot water
Breakfast was very satisfying

Cons:

My single room was tiny
Although either Aoyama Itchome or Nogizaka subway stops were a comfortable 5-7 min walk away I don't believe I would have been able to navigate my way to the hotel on first arriving
Did I mention that room was tiny?

Parfait !
Pros:

Le personnel est très arrangeant, ils ont conservé nos bagages lorsque nous sommes arrivés plus tôt pour le Check-in ainsi que lors du Check out car nous avions du temps avant de quitter Tokyo.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent et varié.
Le quartier est parfait et à proximité des métro !
Le chambre est spacieuse et les services proposés sont plutôt haut de gamme au regard de ce que
nous avons pu rencontrer précédemment !

Pros:

We especially liked that the room was ready when we arrived before the official check in time. From our experience this is quite exceptional in Japan. We also liked a complementary breakfast voucher:)

Ya repetí mi estancia en n este hotel y lo recomiendo
Pros:

Buen desayuno… llevamos a unos amigos que viajan mucho y nos comentaron que estaba muy bueno a diferencia de otros hoteles incluso de otros países 👍
