Amazing - we will return!
Pros:

We liked everything - room was spacious and clean. Staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. Food was perfect - breakfast and dinner. Pool area was also very good-one of the rear hotels we stayed that u dont have to pay extra for Balinese beds. Also Amadores beach is amazing. We will be back.

Cons:

It is not about the hotel, but road to and back from the beach is a little steep, we did not mind it, but maybe someome would consider it.

Pros:

Mi e piaciuto un po' di tutto, il servizio e perfetto , la struttura e pulita sempre , lo staff sono gentilissimi, la posizione non è male ,comunque come struttura sono organizzati benissimo grazie a presto torneremo!!!..

Bonitas vistas y cercanica del personal
Pros:

Buenas vistas desde habitación, y desde comedor. Muy buen personal, desde la chica de recepción super amable, hasta los camareros, y equipo de limpieza.

Hôtel confortable et bien placé en bordure de mer.Le personnel est agréable.
Pros:

La sympathie du personnel.
La diversité des plats proposés le matin et le soir.
La proximité de la plage et de la mer.
La propreté.

Cons:

Ne pas avoir la possibilité d’avoir de l’eau plate à disposition gratuitement au repas du soir ( inadmissible !)
Si vous êtes Français , la communication est difficile surtout si vous ne parlez ni Espagnol , ni
anglais.
D’avoir appris que l’eu de l’hôtel n’était pas potable
2 jours apres notre arrivée !

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr sauber mit äußerst freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Freundlichkeit und professionalität des Personals, die Lage, das Zimmer, die Ausstattung des Hotels, Sauberkeit, die vielen Bars, große Schwimmbäder

Cons:

Das Essen hat unsere erwartungen nicht getroffen, zwar großes Auswahl an Produkten aber insgesamt geschmacklich ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Das Meiste wird einfach ohne Salz gekocht, Nudeln sind matchig.
Das allerschlimmste aber, sind die vielen Gäste aus D, die morgens Reihenweise die die Liegen am Pool besetzten und Stundenlang unbesetzt bleiben, das nervt unheimlich und da sollte das Hotel etwas unternehmen.

Enjoyable, but doubt we would return.
Pros:

The views from the hotel are amazing. The rooms were very spacious, the quality of the towels and linen was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The room cleaning service was exceptionally good. We only spoke to the reception staff twice, once on arrival and once when we left - but both occasions they were very friendly and efficient. Our overall impression was good but I don't think we would come back.

Cons:

The restaurant was under staffed, and there was often a wait for the food to be replenished, the staff didn't look very happy either. The evening entertainment was mediocre. The top terrace pool area would benefit from a bit of background chill out music.
