Enjoyable, but doubt we would return.
Pros:

The views from the hotel are amazing. The rooms were very spacious, the quality of the towels and linen was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The room cleaning service was exceptionally good. We only spoke to the reception staff twice, once on arrival and once when we left - but both occasions they were very friendly and efficient. Our overall impression was good but I don't think we would come back.

Cons:

The restaurant was under staffed, and there was often a wait for the food to be replenished, the staff didn't look very happy either. The evening entertainment was mediocre. The top terrace pool area would benefit from a bit of background chill out music.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mit herrlicher Ruhe – 10 von 10 Sternen

Mein 5-tägiger Aufenthalt im Gloria Palace Royal Hotel & Spa war absolut hervorragend, weshalb ich gerne die volle Punktzahl vergebe und das Hotel definitiv nochmals besuchen werde. Schon beim Empfang lief das Booking an der Rezeption absolut reibungslos und professionell ab. Ein besonderes Highlight im Rezeptionsbereich war die regelmässige Live-Musik: Ob Trompete oder E-Piano – es trat immer nur ein einzelner Musiker auf, was für eine sehr chillige und edle Atmosphäre sorgte. Die gesamte Anlage war zudem stets tadellos sauber, und die Reinigungskräfte waren ausserordentlich freundlich. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die clevere Baukonstruktion des Hotels, durch die eine erholsame, reine Stille herrschte. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön, auch wenn das Hotel durch seine Lage nicht permanent in der direkten Sonne liegt und die Balkone dadurch teils im Schatten liegen. Wer den Thalasso-Bereich nutzen möchte, sollte zudem wissen, dass dieser an die Zusatzkosten der Behandlungen gebunden ist. Ein absolutes Highlight war für mich das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant Kaia. Dort genoss ich nicht nur das exzellente Essen, sondern auch die herrliche Abendsonne. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Pros:

Wonderful hotel! We really liked the infinity pool, and the view from the restaurant and our balcony. All the staff were very nice. One of us follows a strict gluten-free diet, and the restaurant staff went out of their way to show us everything she could choose from. They paid special attention to ensure she received a well-prepared meal of her choice. Thank you to the waiters and kitchen staff! We would go back anytime and highly recommend it to everyone.

Uno de los camareros que tenia gafitas era un poco clasista, si no eras extranjero con pinta de tener pasta directamente dejaba de ser amable, todos y todas las demás, incluidos los cocineros/as eran unos encantos.

All inclusive is not really all inclusive in this hotel.. in the snack bar, only menu items with a star are for free. Rest must be paid.
Also, you cannot eat on the pool side, which is very uncomfortable
