A beautiful hotel located on the most stunning beach in Gran Canaria
Pros:

Everyone on the staff is exceptionally kind and professional. The hotel is impeccably clean, the food is delicious, and the views of the Atlantic Ocean are absolutely magnificent.

Pros:

Finom ételek voltak, viszont a levesek, gyümölcsök elég egyhangúak voltak. Tetszett a lift ami levitt a parkolóig, illetve a mini konyha is nagyon tetszett ami a szobahoz tartozott. Szintén tetszett az óriási szoba es Balkon.

Cons:

Eléggé kopottak voltak a bútorok es a fürdőszoba. Volt a szobának egy furcsa dohos szaga, ami eléggé zavart minket

Ja vakariņās ūdens ir par naudu, tas ļoti pazemina labas attieksmes līmeni. Tāpēc dzērām vīnu. Labs.

Pros:

Personal en la recepción es excepcional. Vinimos con la reserva vía booking. Pero fue un error - en vez de reserva para 5 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños y un bebe), el hotel recibió la reserva solo para 3 personas (2 adultos y un solo niño). Al final nos dieron un upgrade gratuito! Sin palabras 👌Muchísimas gracias por vuestro atención. Vamos a recomendarlo a nuestros amigos!

DECEPCIÓN ENORME.
Pros:

La ubicación y la habitacion (esta última grande pero muy dejada de mobiliario, camas muy malas, te levantas con dolor de espalda porque son pésimas.

Me gustó mucho el personal, hacen lo que pueden con los pocos que son.

Cons:

Buffet una verdadera pena, ya había leído comentarios malos, pero en persona peor.
Todos los días lo mismo en las comidas y cenas mal cocinado y baja calidad, el desayuno pasable y muy mejorable.
Comida cena y desayuno de un hotel de 3 estrellas malo.
Falta muchísimo personal en el restaurante, no dan a basto.
