Cons:

We didn't like the food I really think the food suited more eastern European people. We found the breakfast very oiley and not a great selection. I was delighted we didn't go full board as it would have been a waste of money. Our room wasn't pleasant as it had a lot of damp patches really ugly. I didn't bring it up with reception as there English wasn't great. I did take photos but don't know how to upload them here. Our check in time was 2pm but didn't get a room till 3pm not a good start. After saying all this the hotel was lovely and would go back it's just the room was bad condition.

La pileta excepcional.
El personal de limpieza muy atento
El desayuno súper completo, el personal del desayuno, muy poco atentos , había una Sra joven quejándose a los gritos , malas palabras incluidas , que realmente nos hicieron sentir incómodos, uno va de vacaciones y obviamente el personal no puede quejarse del trabajo que damos los huéspedes porque gracias a que hay huéspedes ella tiene trabajo . Después atendió de la misma, horrible forma el bar de la piscina.
La habitación que nos tocó, familiar, súper cómoda aunque le falta algo de mantenimiento.

Cons:

El horario del desayuno era hasta 10. 30 pero empezaban a levantar las cosas 10.20

Grei mat, kjempe bra utvalg, men ikke så mye smak på enkelte ting

Cons:

Vi fikk ikke beskjed om at drikkene ved middagen kostet penger.
Vi hadde halv pensjon så middag var inkludert, men fikk vite siste dagen at vi hadde 40€ verdt med drikker fra middager

Es war eine schöne Woche, aber wir hatten viel Glück mit der Lage des Zimmers. Das Personal ist leider nicht so toll und
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine klasse Ausrichtung zum Meer. Wir hatten eines der besten Zimmer oben im Hotel und einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Das Essen war sehr gut und es gab glutenfreie Alternativen, auch wenn es nicht viele waren. Der Pool ist wirklich herausragend. Es gibt kostenfreie Handtücher für den Pool oder den Strand. Die Laufwege sind völlig in Ordnung und nicht zu weit.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer gab es einen teilweise relativ starken Chlorgeruch. Wenn man ins Zimmer reinkam war er wirklich sehr stark, aber irgendwann hat man diesen nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Im Bad gibt es mehrere Stellen die geschimmelt haben. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht wirklich gut abgelaufen und der Duschstrahl ist nicht gerade stark. Obwohl wir ganz oben waren, war es teilweise trotzdem sehr hellhörig. Wenn man weiter unten liegende Zimmer hat, wird das definitiv zum Problem werden. Steckdosen sind leider sehr merkwürdig verteilt. In Bettnähe gab es keine. Beim Abendessen wird gewünscht, dass Herren eine lange Hose tragen. Abseits davon, dass ich Kleiderordnung im Hotel absolut schwachsinnig empfinde, ist es völlig an der Realität vorbei, dass man den Gästen vorschreibt, in einem nicht klimatisierten Essensaal bei 36 Grad eine lange Hose tragen zu müssen.
Der größte Minuspunkt ist der Service. Bereits als wir ankamen, drängelte sich ein anderes Paar, was bereits im Hotel war, vor und das wurde auch gesehen und trotzdem ignoriert. Abseits davon wurde dem Paar vor uns ein Begrüßungsgetränk angeboten und bei uns vorerst vergessen. Allgemein war es eine eher kühle Grundstimmung. Uns wurde dann gesagt, dass wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade erhalten würden. Wir hatten lediglich ein einfaches Zimmer mit vollem Meerblick gebucht und wurden dann in eine „Suite“ verfrachtet, welche ganz unten zur Straßenseite war. Diese Suite war extrem unpersönlich, dunkel und sehr ungemütlich. Wir fühlten uns absolut unwohl. Als wir dann fragten, ob wir einfach ein normales Zimmer zur Meerseite haben könnten, so wie wir es auch gebucht hatten, wurde uns etwas pampig entgegnet aber letzten Endes zugestimmt. Wir bekamen dann das Zimmer im oberen Bereich. Man hatte schnell das Gefühl, dass wir einfach irgendwohin verfrachtet werden sollten, damit das tolle Zimmer für jemand anderen frei bleiben konnte.

Leider gibt es keinen direkten Strand-Zugang und die Liegen müssen extra um 15€ pro Tag reserviert werden.

Im Vergleich zu anderen All-Inclusive-Hotels, waren sehr viele Getränke und Speißen nicht inkludiert.
