Handy location in the excellent Opera area.
Pros:

Location good, clean and breakfast sufficient

Cons:

Issues with room. Booked a suite for extra room for suitcases to open easily. Couch was made into a bed and only 2 of us. Toilet kept running and then stopped flushing for awhile then started working again. No top sheet put on bed even though requested. Came back to room and portable fan in room and air on turned off.

Excellent location. Staff very nice and helpful. Small hotel, Cute
Good size rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast was good and adequate but rather sparse. The 2nd and 3 day, they ran out of baguettes by 8:15. Breakfast is served 7:30 to 10:00. The 3rd morning they had to go out and purchase baguettes and croissants.

Bathroom is our room was beautifully done, however the bathtub is going to be a fall hazard to someone. Quite a high edge to go over to for a shower. No slip guard on the bottom of tub.
We were extra careful when maneuvering the tub to take a shower.

We paid $450 per night (3 nights) thought the price was too high. Maybe a $125 lower is more appropriate.

Overall I would stay there again but at a lower price.

Fantàstica. Una estada molt agradable i acollidora.
Pros:

És un hotel petit i acollidor. El personal molt amable i servicial. Molt ben ubicat es pot anar caminant a molts llocs emblemàtics de París.
Ubicat en un carrer tranquil i ben comunicat.

Cons:

Ens va agradar tot. Pot ser l'habitació una mica petita però amb tots els serveis.
