Excellent Service provided at the YWCA Hotel
Pros:

I am writing to highly commend Yvonne Yong, Royston, Dickson, Mohan and Huxley for the professionalism and excellent service they each provided during the planning process and delivery of the ICF ICW multi day 2026 conference. Their dedication helped to make our event a total success. They tirelessly worked long hours but also accommodated our needs quickly and with a smile. Thank you for making the experience of working together such a pleasure!

Great place for events and guests
Pros:

Had my wedding banquet and solemnization done here. Banquet location was tidy, clean and inviting. The hotel room was accessible and spacious. Staff members Ee Ling and Royston was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you YWCA for making our special day.

Very good and hope to stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel is easy to reach from the airport - changing from one train to another is easy. There are a lot of interesting places to visit within walking distance. Breakfast is a mixture of styles of food. Staff are all helpful. We've stayed here about 5-6 times, which we wouldn't have done if we didn't like it.

Cons:

Some people think the rooms are rather basic but if you want to pay a lot of money there are plenty of other places. After all, Singapore is a place where you will want to be out doing things.

ควรตรวจเช็คระบบเครื่องปรับอากาศให้สม่ำเสมอ ในวันที่พักไม่สามารถลดความเย็นได้เลยแม้จะปรับไปที่28 ยังหนาวจัด ยังดีที่เย็นจัดไม่ใช่ร้อน

Satisfying meal paired with top-notch service at Cafe Lodge

I always have a wonderful experience at Cafe Lodge. Food is delicious. What made rhe experience even more memorable was the excellent service by Managet Kumar, who has been working there for 11 years. He is always incredibly attentive, warm and professional. He ensures everything ran smoothly and made us feel genuinely welcomed, and going the extra mile to exceed to our request,which added a personal touch to dinning experience.
