Pros:

we loved the size of the room, how central it was, the staff were friendly, the shower was hot.

Cons:

the fridge in our room had a bad smell, the staff did come and wipe it out after we complained but it was still there, also the vending machines didn't take a card of cash you needed a QR code

Pros:

Hotel war gut angebunden und an einer schönen Lage neben dem Park

Auch wenn das Pool nicht das schönste war war es positiv zu erwähnen dass es überhaupt eins gibt

Der hoteleingang und generell das Hotel wirkte recht gepflegt

Cons:

Der Mann welche den Kofferraum verwaltete war von Anfang an nicht gerade freundlich und sichtlich verärgert als wir ihn sagten wir müssen nochmal etwas aus dem Raum holen.

Das Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, liege möglichkeiten und so waren nur sehr wenige es wirkte etwas heruntergekommen

We had a wonderful experience with YWCA Fort Canning and truly appreciate the support from the team throughout our event.

A special thank you to Eileen, who has supported us throughout the entire journey, from the pre-event planning over the past few months to the set-up and actual event day. She is very experienced, responsive and accommodating, especially whenever we have changes along the way. Her support has been invaluable in making the whole process smooth.

We would also like to express our appreciation to the AV team — Dhanish, Mohan, Wong and Hudzir, as well as the Banquet Operations team — Dickson, Royston, Ming Fan and Jay. They are very responsive, helpful and supportive during both the set-up and event day, and are always ready to assist whenever we need anything.

Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, flexibility and excellent assistance. It has been a pleasure working with everyone, and we would definitely recommend YWCA for events.

My family was extremely happy with it.
Pros:

We stayed in the Kids and Family Room in mid-August. The room was full of plush toys and offered a very spacious, wide layout, and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed it.

The entire hotel is also wonderfully clean. Every time we returned, the lovely scent in the lobby and the meticulous cleanliness of the room put our minds at ease.

Pros:

スタッフが親切でした。購入した靴のタグを取りたかったのですがハサミを持っていなかったのでフロントに行ったらすぐ対応してくれてタグとゴミも捨ててくれました。小さなことですが困っていたのでとても助かりました。
