Good Location in Llandudno
Pros:

Good location in Llandudno which I thought was a great place to visit. My rate included breakfast which was good.

Cons:

It was exceptionally busy in Llandudno on the day I visited and parking during the day was not easy but eventually I found free parking. Sadly I found my tv had no signal and WiFi signal was only intermittent.

Cons:

Bad ohne Waschtisch, Duschen in der Wanne, Toilette auf wackeligem Untergrund. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen

Perfect base for a short stay.
Pros:

The owners/staff were all very polite, friendly & accommodating..
Close to beach & shops.

Cons:

The room was very tired but also very clean.
The stairs up to the hotel are very steep.

Spend the extra for premier inn
Pros:

Location, staff were friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive for what it was and slow. No water available despite asking. The bar was poor, closing at 10 or earlier. Staff was very limited. Seemed as though one person was the receptionist,, the chef, bar man and maintenance man.

The furnishings & fittings are very dated. Lack of double glazing was a surprise.

Broadway Hotel a disappointment.

The hotel location is very good. A short walk to the promenade a d the train station

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms but had to wait an hour for room 2. Hotel had an odour as if it needed a good cleaning. Hotel is shabby, the room I had was quite clean but shabby , cheap old furniture. The bed was really hard and
uncomfortable. Mattress was rock hard . Like sleeping on the floor. Room 2 had a refrigerator, room 1 did not. No hairdryer or iron. What Hotel doesn't provide these basics? Booking.com described Hotel as ha ving a restaurant and even provided a menu. Broadway hotel does not have a restaurant apart from the breakfast room. It has a small bar which closes at 9pm. The staff was at a minimum. Breakfast was ok but table linens were stained and cutlery was water stained. Room 2 had a faulty door lock . Family member was lock in twice. The Broadway hotel is a lovely building from the outside but disappointed with the o really service and comfort. Cannot recommend.
