The location to the train station, sea front and Venue Cymru.
No ironing facilities and the bathroom wall was paper thin to the room next door. Breakfast wasnt available until 8am and I was on the train home before then.

Very convenient for shops and seafront, dog friendly, comfortable bed, charming helpful manager. The heating was off (for the summer) but a heater was readily provided. Excellent breakfast
The bathroom is half upgraded but the toilet needs attention, held in place with wooden strips. Towel rail very dusty

We enjoyed the range of streaming services, room was decent size and very clean, great location to everything in the town, liked the free toiletries, liked the 11am checkout time.lovely functional bath enjoyed it very much
The shower was unusable as kept falling of its holder, staff were quite rude when asked for a fan as room did become very warm, tv when watching live tv kept cutting out randomly, extremely uncomfortably hard bed made comfortable sleeping difficult. Loud slamming of doors did wake us up on multiple occasions. Only 1 light worked in bathroom and in main bedroom light obnoxiously flickered which made relaxing hard as well as 1 lightbulb not working and 1 lightbulb missing. Kettle still had water left in from previous guests.
Very good location and friendly staff
Staff were very nice, we had full English breakfast which was the right amount not to much, my fav was the coffee in the morning they served.Would definitely stay again
