All over experience was very good

Dirty hotel. We didn’t have breakfast as the room was full and everything had been eaten. We waited till a table became free which I had to clean myself and when I asked if there would be more food as it was 8.50 and breakfast finished at 9.30 I was told no not even bread to have a bit of toast. Glad I only had to endure one night

The front staff that we dealt with was a bit blunt
Location was good. Breakfast ,which included fruit, was welcome. The shower was lovely and effective air con.
The pillows were hard and bed uncomfortable . The room and bathroom were small . Little view from our room as the window was so high up. OK for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast saved this in terms of value for money.

La ubicación. Está cerca de todo lo importante e interesante de Florencia.
La habitación era grande, pero muy dejada.
El baño muy viejo y con grifería deteriorada.
El desayuno escaso. Horario desayuno de 7:30h a 9:30h, a las 8:40h se acabó el desayuno dulce y no repusieron nada más.
La calle donde se encuentra es muy ruidosa hasta las 2:30h de la madrugada, hora en la que cierran dos PUB que están ubicados cerquisima del hotel, y la cama incómoda.
Il personale alla reception: sorridente, disponibile, educatissimo.
La pulizia: camera nuova, molto pulita e fresca.
Il prezzo è troppo elevato. L'hotel è una buona soluzione ma non al prezzo proposto. In camera mancavano completamente ganci e appoggi per gli asciugamani e per i saponi. I rubinetti erano nuovi ma dal design macchinoso, scomodissimo e inutile. Lavandino posato sul mobile: voleva essere stiloso ma era odioso, bagnato ovunque, assenza di mensole e poggia sapone. Idem per la doccia. Tutto pretenzioso e non pratico.
Freundlicher Empfang und Service. Super zentrale Lage, trotzdem im 3. OG dank Mehrfachverglasung ruhige Nacht. Trotz älteren Gebäude alles gepflegt, Bad erst vor kurzem neu.
