Great novelty to stay in a castle with lovely grounds. Lovely evening meal in the bar and great breakfast.
The dungeon bar is only open for weddings but they let us have a look.
Nice quite get away
Disappointed with breakfast eg no variety of fruit. Carpet on stairs looked bad
Very clean and quiet
Die Lage, das Haus, der Garten...
What’s not to like if you want some peace & quiet, beautiful grounds and walks - just sitting outside on the lawn or in the courtyard was rejuvenating. The history of the castle and all the interior was wonderful.
A bit of a drive to get there. (If you are rushed for time, looking for proximity to a city centre, or for entertainment, this is not your place)
Lovely hotel in fabulous grounds ,all the stuff were very nice. First class breakfast would say again.
We had dinner in the bar the table was very low, fine if you only wanted finger food. We had the salmon with green beans that was swimming in oil , very disappointed.
Lovely surprise trip from my daughter & husband
Liked everything
It’s a stunning place, we were here for a wedding and it was just beautiful, accommodation was so comfortable
Breakfast and dinner were excellent, loved the location, walks and garden
It's a bit far from the nearest town, Mohill, if you had to walk it.
I love lough Rynn castle thats why we keep going back
