I like its location.
There was bed bugs
Location and staff awesome, from shuttle driver to checkin. I was tired so I slept. Food was meh, good selection, lots of carbs but coffee good. A lot of people were eating sooo.
My room smelled like smoke (even though non smoking hotel). Bathroom toilet ran non stop but that’s a plumbing but that’s a flapper issue that can be easily resolved.
Customer service was unbeatable, cleanliness, upscale feel at a budget price.
Texas heat maybe- idk.
The breakfast was good and the staff were great and the pool was decent even though we didn’t utilize it because it was too early.
One of the toilet paper roll holders in the bathroom was broken and left on the floor in the bathroom, the room took an extremely long time to cool off.

Pool area wasn’t opened when promised. No towels were ready for pool. Shower head in my room was absolutely terrible.
Great value for money. The room was clean, spacious and provided everything needed for an emergency overnight stay. Organising the airport shuttle was easy and relieved further financial stress for the trip.
The breakfast was a little lacklustre but it was included in the booking price and again, for the overall value of the trip was more than satisfactory. This would be my only criticism (and it's barely one).
