Pros:

Efficient business hotel. Lady serving at the bar was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Needed to call and wait for shuttle outside the terminal in the 110 degree heat. That was unpleasant.

特になし

Cons:

・貴社（Booking.com）での名前登録が間違っており、そのため、フロントでの交渉でチェックインまでに2時間を要した。
・予約番号、パスポート、予約したプリントを提示したが、ホテル側に理解してもらうために相当の時間を要した。
・また、2部屋予約していたが、自分達よりも先にチャックインした宿泊者へ1部屋を譲る等の失態があった。
・その際、ホテルスタッフは、自分と同姓同名がいるとの嘘をついて、ホテル側は悪くないとの態度を取っていた。
・このような状況では、今後Booking.com経由での予約はしない。
