My room was on the basement level right next door to a couple with a baby. The shower had water damage with water coming up through the floor boards constantly.

Pros:

C'est un de nos hôtels préférés à Londres, c'est la 5eme fois que nous y séjournons.
Le personnel est très discret, souriant et efficace. Les chambres sont grandes pour Londres et la sdb avec douche et baignoire est très bien. Les lits sont confortables et la localisation parfaite. À 2 pas du métro mais dans une rue très tranquille (la nuit)
Les petits déjeuners sont variés mais plus aussi délicieux qu'avant

Beautiful Little Gem in Marleybone
Pros:

We loved staying at this beautiful and cozy little boutique hotel. The property is lovely and well appointed, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is also incredibly convenient, tucked away on a charming, quiet street while still being close to everything. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

Very comfortable. Good breakfast, although a little pricey for a buffet/ continental breakfast, but everything is was very fresh and tasty, and cooked eggs were available.

Localização excelente, quarto gostoso, café da manhã delicioso, staff muito eficiente e simpático

Cons:

Não tem elevador nem carregador de malas, então se ficar num quarto lá em cima vá com mala pequena!

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter ruhiger Lage und doch zentral
Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, super nettes Personal, gute und ruhige Lage. Das nächste Mal würden wir allerdings ein Zimmer mit einem größeren Bett nehmen. Das Comfy Bett ist für 2 Personen recht schmal.
