מלון חמוד ונעים במיקום מצויין במרכז העיר.חניה שהופכת את השהות לעוד יותר נוחה וצוות מקסים ונחמד שנענה לכל פניה ועוזר

לדעתנו חסר במקום מכונת קפה.יש קומקום אבל עם הקפה נמס הכי פחות איכותי וזה כיף להתעורר בבוקר ורגע לשתות קפה אמיתי..

Empfehlenswert—Ich komme wieder
Pros:

Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein 24-Stunden-Shop, und auch zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war absolut fantastisch – super freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach extrem lieb. In puncto Sicherheit hat alles perfekt funktioniert, und das Team hat uns durch seine Art ein tolles, beruhigendes Gefühl gegeben. Zudem haben sie uns super Tipps und Auskünfte zu Ausflugszielen gegeben.

​Ein riesiges Plus war der Service beim Check-in: Wir durften nicht nur unsere Rucksäcke vorab abstellen, das Team hat sogar dafür gesorgt, dass unser Zimmer zwei Stunden früher als geplant bezugsfertig war. Außerdem stand die ganze Zeit Wasser zur Verfügung, und im Zimmer warteten Schokolade sowie Willkommens-Snacks auf uns.

​Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich diese Unterkunft – selbst mit österreichischen Hygiene- und Komfortstandards gemessen – in dieser Preisklasse mehr als weiterempfehlen!

הכל היה פשוט מושלם
Pros:

מלון פרימה ורה בירושלים פשוט חוויה מדהימה. הגענו לחגוג שם יום הולדת לבן הזוג וקיבלנו יחס מהמם, חיכו לנו בחדר יין, שוקולדים, בלון וסוכריות.
מעבר לזה, הגענו מוקדם ב-12:00 (במקום ב-15:00) והחדר כבר היה מוכן בשבילנו, שזה ממש לא מובן מאליו. הצוות בקבלה היה מקסים, שירותי בטירוף ועזר לנו בכל דבר, תמיד בחיוך.
המלון משופץ ומהמם, גם החדרים יפים מאוד והכל נקי ונראה חדש!
גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נחמדה מאוד והיה בה כל מה שצריך, פשוט היה נחמד אם היה קצת יותר מבחר (כמו למשל עמדת ביצי עין וכאלה). בשורה התחתונה חוויה באמת מעולה, מומלץ בחום!

מלון מצויין.
Pros:

צוות המלון אדיב ביותר נותנים שירות מעולה, המיקום מצויין, 5 דקות הליכה מהממילא ו10 דקות ממחנה יהודה, יש מכולת פתוחה 24/7 מתחת למלון וארומה שפתוחה גם בשבת. ארוחת בוקר וערב נהדרת, לא חסר כלום. תמורה מעולה למחיר, בהחלט ממליץ והייתי חוזר שוב!!
מי שמתלבט אין ספק בכלל.

המיקום מרכזי. היחס אדיב ונעים. החדר היה נוח ונקי. היין, השוקולד והסוכריות היו הפתעה נעימה.

Cons:

החניה מעט לא נוחה. והתשלום הנוסף של 50 שקלים על כל יום של שהיה במלון, קצת מיותר.

Pros:

The staff made took the whole experience to a new level. Samer, Suzanna, Hosam and the entire team were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is excellent and is near all the attractions. We will definitely visit Prima Vera next time we’re in Jerusalem!
