This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. All the staff were friendly and professional. The outdoor pool is amazing, 50m long but quite narrow with filtered salt water. The hotel was full over the weekend but much quieter from the Sunday. Sunbeds were difficult to find at the weekend.
The food was mostly good, different dishes each night. Dinner was served in smaller restaurants when it was quieter but the quality was the same.
Decent sized rooms with coffee machines and upmarket toiletries. Comfortable beds with a choice of pillows.
Fantastic service by Alenka in the bar and Danijel in the restaurant.
I would have given 5 stars but for the few disappointments
- the non hotel hairdressing staff were allowed to smoke near outside bar to the swimming pool
- the cost of a massage is 179 euros! (I didn't have one)
- water was available for free at breakfast but not at dinner. If you wanted water you had to buy a bottle
- it would be good if they had a shuttle taking guests to and from Pula town.
Those are minor irritations and it wouldn't stop me going back again
