Odličan i čist hotel na super lokaciji
Parking je nedostatan pa neke od automobila gostiju parkiraju u borovoj šumi. Automobil nam je bio pun smole, iglica i prekuhan od sunca. Ne tretiraju sve automobile gostiju jednako. Passati i obiteljski modeli nisu vrijedni pažnje..samo vrhunski modeli imaju tretman kakav dolikuje hotelu od 5 zvjezdica i 650 e noć.

Design ist top, alles in absolut gepflegtem Zustand, beste Lage, tolles Personal.
Zelo prijazno osebje,, še posebej in Asmir in Danijel. Zelo dobra hrana, čudovit ambient, plaža, morje. Zelo velik zunanji bazen z razgledom.
Sobe imajo majhne kopalnice in manjka balkon.
Hotelový personál milý, ochotný, prostředí moc pěkné, služby wellness na jedničku, snídaně neustále doplňované, kvalitní a extra široký výběr.
Jedna drobnost - hotelu by velmi pomohlo zapracovat na navigaci napříč hotelem. Zde spíše zvítězil design nad funkcí. Hodně by to ušetřilo zbytečné tápání, hledání hostů a zkoušení pokus omyl. Druhá věc, která nám vadila byl velmi silně přechlorování venkovní bazén. Ten je sice se slanou vodou, ale i přesto je chlorovaný tak silně, že z plavek zápach nešlo pomalu ani vyprat a jedinci s citlivější pokožkou by z toho určitě nebyli nadšeni.
The location, hotel interior, the staff, the food…. Wow! We had a perfect week here and will definitely return. The sea view rooms are stunning. The Acqua de Parma toiletries … the blue and gold interiors. What’s not to love? Waking up at 5am every morning we opened the doors to hear the sea and loved a morning swim before breakfast. Steps down into the sea made it so easy and its cordoned off for the hotel guests only. The bar areas and restaurants are exceptional with warm, welcoming staff who help to make your stay perfect. Alenka and Elvir need a mention. Lovely to chat to and very professional. Fabulous drinks and food. The Sophia restaurant is incredible and we had meals at the buffet that were just as good. Tomahawk steak, salted fish and langoustine, beef with truffle sauce … wonderful choices on offer. The views are incredible and watching the sunset every evening felt so special. It isn’t far from Pula too so we visited the historic sites as well but could not wait to get back to our luxurious hotel! Perfect in every way. Selma helped to make our stay memorable and deserves a special mention. She was so pleased that we had a wonderful holiday and genuinely cares. We will be returning next year and are missing the hotel. Holiday blues will set in once you have stayed here!

Das Fitnessstudio war für die Anzahl der Gäste leider viel zu klein...Mehr Geräte und mehr Gewichter wären da eine sinnvolle Invesition.
Hrana je bila prvoklasna. Osoblje u restoranu vrlo ljubazno i uslužno. Isto tako i u kafiću uz bazen. Wellness sjajan.
Plaža je loša, stjenovita. Stepenice za ulazak u more su sluzave i skliske od algi. Nevjerojatan propust da to nije očišćeno mini washom pa ljudi padaju.
Consierge Emina nikad dostupna. Ili priča beskrajno dugo na telefonu ili je nema, niti odgovara na pozive. Pa se javi sljedeći dan!? Veliki propust.
