5 Sterne? Nicht bei Service und Küche!
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage, die Ausstattung des Hotels und der Komfort sind super und müssen positiv erwähnt werden.

Cons:

Das Abendessen (im allgemeinen geschmacklos, ungewürzt und immer kalt!) sowie die Sauberkeit lies teilweise sehr zu wünschen übrig (z.B. ein angekotzter Lift (siehe Foto) oder auch immer schmutzige Toiletten).
Auch das Servicepersonal schien nicht wirklich kompetent und unorganisiert. Beim Frühstück 20 min. Wartezeit bis einer dich wahrnimmt!

Als kleine Entschädigung haben sie meiner schwangeren Freundin eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. (Muss ehrlich sagen - ein Geschenk mit HIRN).

A lovely relaxing week in a beautifully appointed well managed hotel
Pros:

A beautifully appointed hotel where everything is immaculately maintained and managed. We had a superior room with a panoramic view of the ocean which was nicely furnished with a perfect outlook. The staff are plentiful and all extremely helpful. Although the food was presented in a buffet style for breakfast & evening meal, the food was excellent with a large range of choices and always beautifully presented. Top marks to the chefs in attendance who always ensured the food was freshly prepared and plentiful. The hotel setting is perfect, surrounded by pine trees with gorgeous views of the bay and evening sunsets. It really is hard to fault.

There really was nothing you could pick fault with.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel with stylish décor, a stunning location, and impeccably clean, modern facilities. The atmosphere throughout the hotel and pool area is wonderfully serene and relaxing, creating a peaceful retreat from the moment you arrive.

The food is excellent, and the staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive from the city, while also offering easy access to a variety of lovely walks right from the doorstep. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Cons:

Would have loved a balcony but the upgrade was a big jump in price

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel enjoys a truly beautiful location, with stunning views and easy access to everything that makes Pula and the surrounding coast so special.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay, making us feel very well looked after.

A special highlight is how carefully the hotel caters for guests with food allergies or intolerances. All allergens are clearly marked, and the hotel takes great care to provide gluten-free and lactose-free options at both breakfast and dinner. For anyone who needs to be careful with their diet, this makes the stay much more relaxed and enjoyable.

Beautiful views, an excellent location, great food, and genuinely kind staff Grand Hotel Brioni Pula is a fantastic choice.
