The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and breakfast included in the price.

Great location, comfy room and right next to The Newport Arms! Fabulous view from the restaurant while we had breakfast.
Parking is tricky if you have a big car but otherwise very handy.
The room was well situated. It was a generous size. the bathroom was excellent. Great water pressure.
The complimentary car parking was appalling. It would be better not to offer car parking. Next time we will park in the road.

Love the location. Just across the road from the Newport Arms, and a 10 minute bus ride to the bustling nightlife of Avalon. Right on the water too.
Everything's lovely at the place now that they've done the renovations including the new shutters. (....Would be great if they could disable the keys closer to 11 am pls, rather than at 10 am, when checkout is at 11 am 🙂. )
Great location easy to catch a bus to Palm Beach. Also, pub/restaurant and bottle shop straight across the road. Highlight was the sundeck on a sunny afternoon with beautiful views and good seating/tables - best place to enjoy your BYO drinks.
Limited parking.
Very basic free continental breakfast (a few pastries, more cereal and fruit selection would have been nice) also had to buy a barista coffee if you wanted one included.

Location in Newport was great
Bathrooms weren’t that clean. It says “breakfast included” which then suggested it was continental which would’ve been fine.. however it was toast, pre packed strawberry or raspberry yoghurt and 3 different cereals.. we were then changed $15 extra each for a hot break and an additional $5 each for a watery coffee. It was a little disappointing
