Come fare male alla reputazione di un Hotel.
Pros:

La struttura non è male ma è gestita in modo discutibile.

Cons:

Non è accettabile che la mattina alle 7,30 sono cominciati i rumori per la sostituzione degli infissi del piano, inoltre dopo qualche minuto ci siamo ritrovati 4 operai che ipasseggiavano sulla tettoia della hall , senza nessuna protezione e violando tutte le norme sulla sicurezza,),dietro la finestra che ovviamente non era chiusa e lasciava vedere tranquillamente gli occupanti nella loro intimità e malgrado la mia reazione veemente; dopo pochi minuti erano nuovamente sulla tettoia a continuare quello che avevano interrotto.per pochi minuti.
Nb: se erano previsti i lavori, perché non assegnavano una stanza distante da quelle interessate dai lavori ?
Le mie dimostranze fatte per telefono alla reception hanno sortito solo delle scuse i da parte dello receptionist quando in considerazione della gravità dell'accaduto sarebbe toccato al direttore.
Troppo poco per un comportamento non conforme alla base dell'Hotellerie.

Ottimo albergo con un grande chef
Pros:

Hotel accogliente, molto attrezzato e confortevole, eccellente la colazione e di livello assoluto la cena con un menu ricco e fantasioso. Servizio inappuntabile.

Pros:

Perfect location. The room was of good size and a smell of cleanliness welcomes you. The staff is competent and most helpful. Did not try the restaurant, but the breakfast is pleantiful, and very good. Will be back.
