Personnel très accueillant et sympathique... petit déjeuner avec un choix immense et de qualité. Piscine propre nous avons passé un bon séjour..

Il barla sera al rientro dalla cena era già chiuso, inoltre le torte della colazione non erano un granché.
Very nice resort, at human size. Very good swimming pool, always available transat around. Good breakfast, lovely staff, very good Mediterranean restaurant (reservations recommended). Good quality/price. The city of Scicli worth the visit (half a day or evening).
The rooms could be more decorated and more isolated from the noise of the other rooms (we could hear the TV or conversation of the next rooms, and the tiled floor in the hallway turned out to be noisy, although very nice)

- Spa ,petite salle de sport , piscine incroyable
- propreté exceptionnelle
- evenement type reunion , anniversaire problematique certains jours car la piscine et la salle de sport ne sont plus accessible , et l'apres midi quand on veut se reposer ou dormir au bord de la piscine ce n'est pas possible car le personnel fait beaucoup trop de bruit en preparant les evements de la journee a venir
Colazione ottima, stanza molto confortevole
La posizione (sempre molto ventilato e mai accesa l’aria condizionata), la pulizia, la colazione (dolci incredibili fatti dai pasticcieri dell’hotel) e la qualità della ristorazione (abbiamo pranzato una volta a bordo piscina ed una sera al ristorante), oltre che la cortesia di Alessandro, con la sua parlata siciliana e sempre il sorriso sulle labbra) e di Franco, con i racconti delle sue esperienze che ci hanno aiutato nel scegliere le mete da visitare.

The staff was very kind and very attentive to clients. The food was excellent. The fitness and the pool did the job. The hotel is a very nice and beautiful place, and it is very quiet.

The hotel setup is lovely, the rooms are modern, the pool area is great, the private parking is convenient, spacious and offers shade, the hotel personnel are helpful and the breakfast is excellent.

En 20 ans de voyages sur les routes italiennes (Sardaigne comprise), nous avons visité de magnifiques endroits. Mais votre hotel surpasse tout. C'est une perfection rare, un sans-faute absolu et, sans hésitation, l'établissement le plus fantastique qu'il nous ait été donné de découvrir.

In both rooms, the first night, there were lights going on and off for around 15 minutes, which woke us all up. Second day, after breakfast, we went to the rooms and found maintenance workers removing the windows to seal them (I was not aware of it / did not ask for this). I was told that they were sent there because they thought that we had left and the works were needed to be done on all windows of the 1st floor. So we had to wait for 30 minutes for them to finish in one room (the second room was not initiated by the time we went up). Then, when we returned in the evening, the ACs were not working (because the windows were removed in the morning and they were not installed properly - the AC does not work when the window is open. After reinstalling in the morning the AC did not detect that the window was closed. It was as if it was open). So the staff had to come 3 times to check and then fix all windows.
