Wonderful!!!
Pros:

Great location! Beautiful grounds. Loved the room. Pet friendly. My Shih Tzu was alone in the room for a short period of time and became anxious. Someone called me and we came back for him. I apologized for the disturbance and they were all so kind and polite! Will definitely return….without my pup! Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!!

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy on Hoosick street.
Pros:

Our stay was fantastic. Front desk was very helpful. Recovery Room food was great and staff was friendly.

Cons:

We called the property early on the day of check in and they didn’t have our reservation from booking.com but we send them our confirmation email and all was made right, thank God.

Reasonable dog-friendly hotel. Nice clean room.
Pros:

Nice clean room, and we could stay with our dog. Interior was nice and tidy too.

Cons:

It’s located right by the highway, and we felt not only a noise but also a vibration when big trucks went by.

Very pleased with the facility, very nice breakfast room, nicely decorated rooms. Staff
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Nice assortment of food, waitress served drinks in the dining room. Host ensured seating prompt and whether guests prepaid or were to be charged for breakfast. Staff provided restaurants available in the area.

Cons:

No luggage carts visible to bring belongings in and out. Registration on the floor above so not convenient to ask them.
