Very nice hotel conveniently located near the airport.
Pros:

Very convenient to the airport. Nice staff. Clean, comfortable room. Very nice breakfast was included.

Cons:

Not a lot of parking. We were lucky to find a spot when we returned in the evening after getting a bite to eat.

Pros:

L'emplacement parfait pour faire les visites et proche de l'aéroport, on ne s'en rend même pas compte du bruit des avions que l'on entend pas
Les équipements étaient parfaits, il y avait tout le nécessaire.
Le personnel est très professionnel et adorable.
Le ménage est fait tout les jours, c'est très propre et ça sent bon.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié

Cons:

All sunbeds by the pool were taken though there were several people in the pool itself-guests just leave their towels on the sunbeds and don’t use neither them nor the pool itself

Not a good stay for very warm days
Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport and the room is big enough and it is clean. The bed is comfortable. The private parking is a plus. The breakfast is very good and the staff in the breakfast room was very nice. The bus station is near the hotel (the buses do not respect the timetable, but this is not the hotel's fault).

Cons:

Even if the receptionist tried, it was impossible to get a taxi to take us to the center of Olbia; also, it is good to know that the ride-sharing is very expensive (about 50-60 eur for an about 3 km ride). So keep this in mind when you choose this hotel. Our room was oriented in full sun all day, so it was very, very warm inside. It had internal blinds which looked like wardrobe doors, so it got claustrophobic, since during the day you could not open the blinds because of the sun and you had the impression to live in a box. The AC installation was not working in a proper manner, since it did not have enough cooling agent, so it was rather suffocating and it has been very difficult to spend time inside the room. When we complained about this to the staff, they provided us with a fan, but it was very noisy, we could not sleep with it on and, obviously, it could not replace the AC when outside were 35-40 degrees Celsius. Even if we booked a two night stay in this hotel, given all the above inconveniences we had to leave earlier and we asked to be reimbursed for the one night we did not spend there. The hotel reimbursed us after about two weeks.

gut wenn man schnell und zu Fuß zum Flughafen möchte
Pros:

Gute Lage zum Flughafen, zu fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nebenan

Cons:

Einrichtungsstil hat uns nicht angesprochen, wirkte nicht einladend, eher kühl. Balkon war nur mit einer niedrigen Mauer von den Nachbarbalkonen abgegrenzt
