My only dislike was 19.95 for buffet breakfast, for those of us who cannot eat all of the choices that were offered. I ended up paying $19.95 for a bowl of fruit. Limited breakfast menu would be greatly appreciated.

Location and room was nice

Cons:

Pool water temperature was too cold, toilet lever would stick and just run water, housekeeper knocked to come in in the morning but i was half asleep and she started to enter before I could get dressed, and the room was fairly dark

Oh. I would definitely stay there for a cruise but not to vacation because of the need to Uber everywhere.
Pros:

Airport shuttle, ease of getting a shuttle to port, staff was nice, property clean and the restaurant was good, a bit pricey but understandable. The on sight Sundry was great too!

Cons:

Not close to free transportation or other restaurants that were within walking distance. Ubers got to be expensive

It felt upscale. It was clean and nicely decorated. I liked the restaurant in the Hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. Having to pay for coffee in the morning. Even the cheapest of hotels normally provides a free cup of coffee in the morning in the lobby. I felt like they were nickel and diming us.

Great location and comfortable room, but poor service and maintenance.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was very convenient, especially for a one-night stay before our flight back to Brazil, as it was very close to the airport. The room was comfortable and met my expectations in terms of the bed and overall comfort. The room was bright and had adequate lighting, the bathroom was spacious and satisfactory, and I appreciated the amenities provided.

Cons:

Regarding the room, the minibar door was broken, which gave the impression that the accommodation was not being properly maintained.

The staff’s attitude and level of service were particularly disappointing. When we arrived by car, the staff member at the entrance spoke in a way that was very difficult to understand. When I misunderstood his instructions and stopped the car briefly in a place he did not want us to use while unloading our luggage, he responded rudely and asked me if I spoke Chinese. I found this comment unnecessary and disrespectful.

Later, during the early morning hours, as we were leaving with our luggage, I asked the receptionist whether we needed to complete any checkout procedure. She was clearly engaged in a personal phone call, barely acknowledged me, and simply said no. When she noticed I was struggling to get the luggage cart through the door, she made no effort to help, continuing her personal conversation instead. There were also food scraps on the floor that had been stepped on, and no one appeared to be taking care of the mess.

Overall, these interactions gave me the impression of a poorly prepared and inattentive team, with a lack of basic courtesy and customer service. While the room itself was comfortable and the location was convenient, the staff’s behavior significantly detracted from our experience.
