Casi todo perfecto
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, desayuno rico y personal muy amable.

Cons:

Lo único que no hicieron la habitación y la explicación que me dieron en recepción fue que era lunes y solo habian asistido 2 recamaristas y el otro detalle fue el dia 4 de agosto que era nuestro último dia en la mañana no salía agua caliente de la regadera.

This is a decent affordable hotel.

close by a lot of shops

Cons:

everything was good except both mornings at around 5am all we heard was room doors slamming shut about every few minutes & it woke up my kids. Sofa bed was filthy & uncomfortable.

Cons:

The fact that our room was filthy when we went in you could see the other people's hairs in the floor. The toilet even had feces and urin stains the comforter had makeup stains. The room service was horrible they never made the beds they literally only threw the trash did not replace all our towels and we had to ask for toilet paper when that should be filled without us having to be asking for it in the lobby. We ran out of Kleenex and hand soap and it never got replaced. Horrible experience.

My wife, son and I came for a 2-day stay for a funeral and we didn't have any issues or problems wit

The room was very big and spacious. I was surprised and it was very clean and had a really good view too. 10 out of 10 overall!

Cons:

There wasn't any toothpaste available for sale at the little store by the office, but actually one of the attendants had toothpaste and mouthwash packets available. So really not a problem, but maybe a suggestion to have toothpaste available for sale as well? As long as I got my teeth brushed LOL
