Perfect stay! Best breakfast in VN.
The location, spacious of the room, the staffs from the front liner, kitchen staff, cleaner etc. Possible to provide more HALAL foods instead than the pork as you have a muslim chef. Suggested to have a corner of halal foods for muslim as well. Good selection of drinks and healthy foods.
The bed and pillow are too soft. I prefer a flat bed instead the fluffy one for my back.
Just stayed for 3 nights at JW Marriott Saigon in early July. The quality of the room, bedding and services is topnotch.
I tried all the bars, restaurants and lounge in the hotel and the food and drinks are of high quality.
The most impressive part is its services. I got a high fever at 1.30am and ordered medicine via grab. Hoang, the night operator, took care of me by sending the medicine to my room (1219) and offered to send congee and ginger tea without me asking. Very warm services. Definitely going to come back when I visit HCMC again.
I have stayed in Marriott branded Hotels all over the world for the past four decades. The overall service at this hotel was exceptional! The staff at the Executive lounge when they found that I was leaving before breakfast was served had a bag of food sent to my room that included fruit, Diet sodas and ice, and an excellent BLT Club sandwich… very nice touch and went beyond expectations! When I checked in, the manager, Duy, escorted me to the longe and my room. Later when the AC was acting up, he ensured that all was well. He even assigned a backup room in case the room was not cool enough! WELL DONE Duy!
Visited the evening dinner buffet twice and it was great… lobster and shrimp overload!

It is a really comfortable and centrally located hotel. Great service, breakfast and amenities. The restaurants in the hotel are also top nudge. Unfortunately the renovation works were slight noisy, however staff had got out of their way to make us comfortable and move us to a different side of the hotel. Big shout out to the Loyalty manager Katie Trung for all her effort and help! Nagyon szepen koszonunk mindent kedves Katie! :)
