The room was a little dated but for the price it was comfortable
Location was fantastic, staff good, parking not a problem £11 for 24hrs. Have stayed here many times before and its good.
I email them to see if i could get a room witg a view as it was our anniversary. Got a reply and they said they will do what they can. Was in room 126 no view at all. Shower was a trickle of water bathroom needs to be looked at.

it's a bit pricey
The location was perfect, right besides shops, restaurants, coffee shops, station and parking. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and the room was fine.

The staff went above and beyond as it was my partners birthday day we came they decorated room and left a nice plate of chocolate strawberries and chocolate very nice of them was very much appreciated from us both
I normally stay at your hotel at the airport prior to traveling offshore. On this occasion I was travelling home. The beds are always comfortable however the pillows are far better at your hotel in union square.

Food from bar was terrible, and expensive. Service was not good either.
Location was good for me as it is very close to the station.
