Excellent location if using public transport and great breakfast
1. No private carpark and the location of taxi pickup point. Taxi booked through hotel but didn't show up. We spoke with Firm who suggested it had been taken by someone else. They did send another one but the whole experience was stressful as we thought we would miss the start of an event we were going to. We did miss sitting with other members of our family. Any booking from hotel should include your name.
2. No USB sockets in room.

Everything. Location close to railway station and all transport links. Staff, clean and comfortable, value for money, great room and bathroom facilities, both well equipped with everything you need.

The location was excellent. Central for everything I needed to do.
Beside table wasn’t properly cleaned on arrival and room was not vacuumed all week.
