Overall, it was a decent stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The Location.

Cons:

The room arrangement could have been better. The carpet did not feel clean, and one of the pillows was also not properly cleaned. Additionally, the soundproofing was poor, as I could clearly hear doors slamming from other rooms.

Excellent location
Pros:

The location is unbeatable; right above the train/bus station and attached to a shopping mall with all the main shops. For such a central location it was wonderfully quiet. We loved this and would stay again for that reason.

The room was also spacious and clean, and bathtub large. There was an ice machine in the hallway.

Cons:

No mini fridge (this is noted in the listing though), and only one chair for the coffee table. I used the desk chair, which wasn't adjustable so made it somewhat awkward.

Friendly central hotel with customer care in mind
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Everyone made real effort to be pleasant and efficient. There was an early morning fire alarm and we went to the muster point where a manager was promptly available to reassure us and ensure we would be evacuated safely if needed( husband and I both have mobility issues) we were quickly assured when alarm was found to be false.
Breakfast was very good and again staff were outstanding
