関空利用時に前泊
Pros:

関空から近く、空港までの無料シャトルバスもあるので便利。関空利用時に前泊で利用したため、このホテルでは寝るだけだったが、値段も格安で館内も清潔だったので特に不満はないです。

Cons:

空港シャトルバスはチェックイン後すぐに予約しないと希望の時間が埋まってしまうことがあるので注意。

りんくう駅近、関空アクセス抜群の便利なホテル
Pros:

りんくう駅から空中通路を使って簡単に徒歩だけでアクセスできた。シングルルームにも1シーターのコーナーソファとサイドテーブルがあり、くつろげる設え。またカウンターテーブルとチェアもあるので、簡易のリモートワークもできる。

Cons:

チェックインが混雑していて、15時前には長蛇の列ができていた。フロント2台と自動チェックイン機が３台で時間がかかる。空港への送迎バスもチェックイン後になるため、ここでも列ができていた。

Pros:

The personnel was very polite and willing to help. I think the location was quite good but we only stayed for a few hours....I also liked the bus to the airport

Cons:

Small room but it was expected to be like this as most rooms in Japan.

満足しました。また利用したいです。
Pros:

早朝にシャトルバスがあったこと。窓からの眺めが素敵だったこと。りんくうタウン駅からとても近かったこと。バスタブがあって、リラックスできたこと。エレベーターが多くて、待ち時間が少なかったこと。お部屋がとても清潔に保たれていたこと。

Cons:

セルフチェックインのスタイルが個人的には嫌いでした。
