A comfortable and convenient stay near Kansai airport
Pros:

The hotel was great - comfortable and quiet and well-positioned for Kansai airport. The airport pickup was very convenient too. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. A very nice stay!

Just one night is enough.

Finally, the establishment's location, along with the management's human and understanding response to our dissatisfaction.

Cons:

Your customer service and the check-in process—which was aggressive, overly long, and unnecessarily complicated—were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced elsewhere. The room wasn't clean and was really very mediocre, though the mattress was good.

Clean, good location near airport
Pros:

Hotel is clean, room size very good for Japanse standards breakfast is very nice (especially of you want to try Japanese options). Shuttle bus from the airport is easy. Convenience store next to the hotel where you can get cash to buy train tickets. Train station is next door, easy to go to Osaka.
