This location is not as it seems to be through a basic point of view. As this location is very convenient to travel to popular stores and high end mall the problem stands with the service from the front desk management. I traveled with family to this Hilton hotel on a very early flight and had hoping to be able to greeted with open arms and receive a room in a respectable time and manner. We instead were told check out is at 4pm instead of the usual 12pm across multiple companies not residing with Hilton. We were then disrespected and made to wait while multiple staff watched us in the lobby waiting for multiple hours to finally be assisted. Never had this experience with Hilton before but I personally do not recommend staying at this specific one because of the unprofessional people, constant yelling in the lobby with costumers present, and unreasonable wait times.

Achei nojento cachorros transitando no hotel, Hall muito sujo, café fraco e as pessoas levam seus cachorros junto. O quarto não era super limpo e deixaram os lençóis em cima do sofá para eu montar a cama do sofá/cama (absurdo, pois a reserva era p 4 pessoas e ja deveriam ter deixado pronta a cama)
I had a phenomenal experience at this great hotel. Location is great and rooms and lobby are beautiful. What truly stands out in this hotel are the staff! True hospitality professionals that go above and beyond to provide 5 star service! They were extremely knowledgeable about the area, and recommended a Peruvian restaurant within walking distance that was absolutely delicious. I would like to express my gratitude to India, she was there every day of my stay and could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. She is a perfect host, representing the rest of the staff. I wish I could remember all of their names. This hotel definitely provides 5 star service and I truly appreciate them making my visit so outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I feel if they don't offer cleaning services daily they should have someone check to see if amenities are needed when I requested amenities needed they made me feel like I was bothering them, one evening was relaxing in the pool and group of about 6 to 8 young adults came in very loud and also using vapors at the pool I thought it was disrespectful because there was also a mom and her daughter at the pool and her daughter looked about 3 or 4 years of age.
In my room the fridge had left overs. In the shower the handle was broken.in the bathroom- toilet paper holder was broken off. No phone anywhere
We are long-time customers and loyal members of the Hilton Honors program. Our team is currently working on a six-month project in Philadelphia, and we chose your hotel for lodging for me, as head of the company, and our senior estimator.
While the reception desk service has been good, unfortunately, the housekeeping and room service experiences have been extremely disappointing.
From Monday through Thursday, our rooms only received service on Wednesday. During that service, the beds were made and towels were picked up, but clean towels were not replaced. Trash was left on the countertops, the trash cans were not emptied, and there were no refills provided for coffee, sugar, or tea.
Additionally, the carpet and sofa in both rooms 605 and 609 are heavily stained and appear very dirty. The bathtub in room 605 was also dirty and showed visible mold.
We tried calling several times and the room phone didn't seem to work. I had to personally go downstairs twice to complain. After bringing these concerns to the staff’s attention, the only action taken was delivering two towels to the room, after 8:30 PM.
As loyal Hilton customers, this experience has been very disappointing. Considering the duration of our upcoming project in Philadelphia, it is fortunate that there is a Marriott Courtyard nearby, as we will need to reconsider our lodging options moving forward.
We hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the housekeeping and cleanliness standards at the property.
The bed was very comfortable
The parking situation, the amount of money that you needed to pay to park when there was nowhere else you could park, but to pay the money to park because all around in the streets, it’s no parking and the fact that the hotel room doors are terrible you hear door slamming all over the place because for some reason the door don’t fit the way they’re supposed to and you have to run them to open them and slam them for them to close. Those are the reasons they did not get a complete excellent score and that they charge me twice. they overcharge my car they charge me twice. and I’m still waiting to get my money back.

We liked the size of the room.
The AC didn't work, multiple things in the kitchen didn't work, the were no sheets for the pull out bed, not enough towels for all of us, no fan in the living room area, the pool was cold and when we called the front desk for a few things they never came to the room.
Absolutely lovely, everyone was very nice!
