When we first came in all the staff was hospitable. India was working the front desk. She asked if she could store our bags while our room was getting ready. She was so kind and friendly. She gave us the best welcome which set the tone for our stay
In my room the heat was on 75 degrees and I could not change it no matter how much I tried. I didn’t complain because I figured the alternative was to change rooms and I liked the space I had. Also the shower dripped onto a metal plate which I ended up putting a wash cloth down to muffle the “pinging” sound it made all night.
The decor in the lobby and rooms was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was very good.
The bathroom did not meet the standard I am used to at this location. The toilet was running constantly, the showerhead was leaking, and the shower and sink area were not very clean—with rust buildup and a little mold around the shower. I know they clean every day, and it is a hotel policy; maybe cleaning should be done every day to keep everything in the best possible working order.
The quietness, room layout.
I would like a shower that has adequate water pressure and temperature. The hot water wasn't hot; it was lukewarm. Also, the blinds were broken, and I couldn't close them. I would prefer laminate or wood flooring, as the carpet holds dirt, dust, and organisms.
Staff was very nice and helpful considering there was a power outage that affected the use of the elevators making them inoperable. We were on the 9th floor, had to use the stairs for our first full day.
Breakfast was terrible. Housekeeping was terrible, only can to the room one day our of 4, and only left new towels, did not tidy up the room or make the bed.
The location and staff were great and the business meeting was close by and Area accessible shopping

The location was good and the staff was willing to help.
The first room that they gave us was really dirty. It all looked so old and not good. We wanted a change so they were willing to change. Second room was better. The rugs looked dirty. I have a toddler who crawls and walks. So i was worried about him getting sick.
I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton at the end of July 2026. I stayed there for a family reunion. The suites are huge and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean, and well maintained. . The hotel lobby was huge, equipped with a large lounge area, several meeting and conference rooms. The hotel was updated and very modern. The hotel employees were cordial and professional. The Desk Receptionisr Adonis and TJ, were very accommodating and thoughtful. The hotel is located conveniently close two major highways, stores and restaurants. I would certainly stay there again if I have another event or in the area.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and cheerful. The service was really pleasant !
We saw the room, it wasn't cleaned at all. Dirt and crumbs all over the floor, behind the bed was gross. Dishes were dirty and refrigerator was not fully cleaned. Disgusting.
We left immediately and canceled our stay. We lost the first night's room fee, but at least we didn't have to sleep there. The Residence Inn / Marriot squeezed us in that night, and we stayed further away for the rest of the week.
Convenient location, clean.
Facility drained and cleaned the pool when it should have been open so my daughter couldn’t even go swimming. That was one of the reasons we booked there. Because it had a pool! Also, they didn’t have any sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. If you know there are 3 ppl in the room and that they will be using that bed, you should already have the sheets and the rest for that bed!
