Enjoyable and the staff made it so!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Made you feel welcome and at home. Restaurant food was amazing and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect.

Good views, central location, short walk to the nearest station.
Pros:

The traditional Japanese breakfast was good and the breakfast room has an attractive outlook. The views of the Imperial Palace grounds are very pleasant. The central location and proximity to the nearest station saves a lot of time. The brand of drip coffee sachets supplied to the room are really excellent.

Cons:

Some guests might appreciate a wider choice of coffee in the breakfast room. Espresso perhaps?

Pros:

Hotel ottimo per la posizione centralissima a Tokyo, vicino alla stazione metropolitana di Hanzom.
L'hotel era pulitissimo, lo staff cordiale e gentile, la vista dalla camera spettacolare.

Cons:

Quartiere poco attivo durante la sera.

飯店距離膨脹門地鐵站散步5分鐘的時間。6號出口有手扶梯跟電梯很方便。我是被皇居的風景吸引而來，飯店價位C P值不高，建議對於氣味忍受低或是有過敏性鼻炎的人，不太適合住這間飯店。
Pros:

距離皇居外苑很近，選的房型是落地窗可以看到 view

Cons:

飯店走廊上的地毯、房間內的窗簾和沙發椅，都有令人不舒服的悶臭味，引發了我的過敏性鼻炎，幸好我有準備口罩，只要在飯店裡我就盡量帶著口罩

Not a good hotel when you are a single traveler
Pros:

It is not a good hotel when you are traveling alone.
You always feel like they don’t care about you and they prefer couples.
And a good example is, that every time I go to the restaurant, then they give me the worst table closest to the kitchen, so I can sit and listen to all the noice from the kitchen. I tried to tell them, but they still just put me there at the next meal.
I am very disappointed whit how they handled it.

So if your are a single traveler and want to be treated like every other person, then find another hotel.

3 times a charm
Pros:

Everything. This hotel is in such a good location with family mart and 7/11 round the corner. Exceptional views of Tokyo, and Hanzomon station within a few minutes walk.
I have now stayed here 3 times. And yes i would 100% go back. The staff are amazing.

Cons:

Japon tipi odalar kesinlikle rahatsız. Öncelikle çok dar. Yer yatağında yatıyorsun ve yataklar çok ince bildiğin hasırın üstünde sabahı ettik. Daha önce 3 gece normal odada kalmıştık sorun yoktu fakat normal oda olmadığı için osaka dönüşü 1 gece japon tipi oda da kaldık pişmanız .
