Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Late check-in (pre-block):
As your booking is guaranteed for late arrival, we will be able to hold your booking until 12:00 noon of the day following your arrival date. For example, if your arrival date is on the 20th but you will check in 21st, the booking will be held until 12:00 noon on the 21st. After that, the room will be released without any further notice. If you intend to arrive later than this time, please amend the arrival date of your booking. Please note that cancellation, guarantee, and/or deposit policies will be applied as per the terms and conditions of your booking.

Check- out:
Hotel standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon so that we can prepare the room for guests who will be checking into the same room at 15:00. If you require late check out, please see the below:
- From 12:00 to 13:00: as a gesture of goodwill from the hotel to our valued guests, it will be complimentary.
- From 13:00 to 18:00: 50% off the applicable one-night rate.
- From 18:00 onward: the applicable rate of the night on that day will be charged.
The above cannot be booked in advance and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to the Front Desk team early on the departure date or one day before to check the availability.

Deposit upon check-in:
A deposit will be collected upon check-in, subject to the number of nights per stay.

Smoking rooms:
The hotel does not have smoking rooms and it is a smoke free hotel. We kindly ask all our guests not to smoke in the room to avoid any fine. If you would like to smoke, there are designated areas. Please approach the Front Desk for more information.

Children policy:
A Child below 18 years old can stay with their parents in the same room using existing bedding for free. A charge will be applied in case any extra feature or service is requested for the child. An extra bed charge is MYR 106.20 per night while extra breakfast costs MYR 35 net per person per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Value for money for short stay
Pros:

The breakfast is decently good. Hotel location is about 10mins away from city and 10mins walk from chow kit monorail. Hotel and rooms are generally clean and modern.

Cons:

Broken ironing board maybe past guests didn’t mentioned. Replacement took some time.

Zimmer alles vorhanden für einen Aufenthalt, Roomservice reinigt jeden Tag das Zimmer ! Frühstück toll,

Kommen gerne wieder

Cons:

Dünne Wände haben die Zimmer hört Nachbarn, Teppichboden an mehreren Stellen stark verschmutzt nicht sehr appetitlich.

Pros:

Bed is comfortable and big enough bathroom. The room is generally clean.

Cons:

It is a bit far from the train, but still walkable. Not sure if the wall is thin, but our last night we could hear our next door really loud (speaking and shutting the door so often). I called the receptionist, not sure if they had came up to that room but the staff was very nice on the call and assisted us on the other request very quick.

Agréable et relaxant
Pros:

C’était un séjour très agréable suite à un AirBnB qui nous a fait faux bond. Si vous aimez le café, et thé vous êtes servis. Une envie de sport ? Vous le serai et pour finir, si vous avez prévu de séjourner longtemps il y a un système de laverie. En clair, c’était bien. N’oubliez pas que si vous souhaitez vous baigner c’est à l’hôtel d’à côté dans le Sud.

Cons:

Le seul bémol que je n’ai pas aimé mais cela ne retire en rien mon expérience. Les croissants, je suis française c’est pour cela. Sinon, c’était reposant.
