Pros:

Polite and efficient staff and clean rooms..

Cons:

Small room without wardrobe and noisy due to close distance with metro train !!!
Room temperature managed with cover of 24/7 cold aircondition flow. Without that cover should be impossicle to stay. Unfortunately, this solution offered to us during our 3rd night !!!
Paid 380$ per night. Overpriced for sure. Not worthy more than 200$ per night..

Close to the metro.

Cons:

You can hear the rooms above and next to you. The rooms are very small and there is no fridge. You also cannot control the temperature of the room.

Pros:

The location was great in the heart of Chinatown. The stuff was super friendly. The room service cleaned our room upon request.

Cons:

The rooms are super small, which I get is a NY standard, but it was even impossible to open the suitcase on the floor. The room was not very clean - the walls and carpet were dirty.

Excellent Value
Pros:

Excellent value. Clean comfortable room. Hot water (for tea or coffee), ice and microwave available in basement. Walking distance to many excellent Chinese restaurants. What really distinguishes this hotel is the friendliness and helpfulnes of the staff

Value for money in an interesting area of New York.
Pros:

Liked being in Chinatown.
Staff very polite and helpful. Room small but we were expecting this. Quiet with excellent soundproofing so noise of nearby Manhattan Bridge did not disturb us. Excellent shower.
Very helpful recommendations for places to eat. We appreciated this and tried a few of the suggestions - all good.

Cons:

We missed having facilities to make a hot drink.
We only stayed 3 nights and the room was fine for this length of stay. But little space for suitcases and only a few clothes hangers so we would not have liked it so much for a longer stay.

Pros:

Propreté et emplacement de l'hôtel.
Au sous-sol, il y avait à disposition un distributeur d'eau chaude, des assiettes, gobelets et couverts jetables, un distributeur avec des snacks, des boissons et des médicaments (genre paracetamol, ibuprofen.. ), et un distributeur de glaçons. C'était bien pratique!

Cons:

L'eau chaude dans le grand thermos sentait le désinfectant. Mais on ne le sentait plus avec in sachet de thé

Idéal comme pied à terre
Pros:

L'hotel est idéalement situé à Chinatown. Metro East Broadway juste à côté.
Il est ouvert et accessible 24/24 avec un veilleur de nuit.
Plein de commerces à proximité notamment mon café préféré à NYC Little Canal.
La literie est au top ! Je recommande fortement cet hotel comme pied à terre. C'est le meilleur rapport qualité prix que vous pourrez avoir à NYC. Je reviendrai !

Cons:

A savoir, que c'est petit peu bruyant, mais c'est le folkore New Yorkais, rien qui m'ait plus dérangé plus que ça mais à savoir si vous avez besoin de 100% calme. Les chambres sont en face du métro aérien, et la plomberie est assez bruyante, vous savez quand quelqu'un prend sa douche ou va aux toilettes.

Really didn't meet expectations.
Pros:

Staff was courteous when checking in baggage, and delivered them to room once it was ready.
Access was easy no matter the hour.

Cons:

The room didn't have enough room for actual chairs and desks to work at.
There is no air conditioning thermostat in the room, so temperature had to be adjusted by going down to the front and asking the staff.
