Good stay, good location, helpful and experienced staff
Pros:

Front desk team helped with ensuring our addresses and information were correct on our receipt, as we were in SD changing residency. It was the main purpose of that trip and the staff made our lives easier by being knowledgeable on the process. They were great.

Cons:

Could have used more in room coffee packets. No real complaints.

Plenty of choices in Rapid City, would not come back.
Pros:

Spacious room, great breakfast selection, comfortable bed.

Cons:

The pool was closed for 9 days for resurfacing in peak tourist season. Bathtub and sink drained poorly, called front desk twice, no answer, left messages, no return calls, nothing done. Room was not clean - sink dirty, floor not mopped and sticky.

Pros:

Pet friendly. Easy access to highway.

Cons:

Breakfast was boring. Same fruit, same yogurt, same types of cereal, same eggs potatoes and sausage everyday. Waffle machine available 1 day only out of the 6 we stayed. Definitely needs some variety.
