Cons:

One thing that really stood out during my stay was the number of homemade 8½×11 signs telling guests what not to do. I understand the need to address frustrating guest behavior, but seeing these signs everywhere—from the luggage carts to the breakfast area to the ice machine—made the hotel feel less welcoming. Professionally designed, branded signs with more positive wording could communicate the same information without making guests feel like they’re constantly being reprimanded.

Pros:

As camas e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis, as toalhas são novas, assim como as roupas de cama, como se espera de um hotel com este nível.
Encontramos shampoo, condicionador e creme para o corpo, de qualidade razoável, disponível no banheiro do quarto.

Cons:

Porém, achei os espaços comuns sujos, com poeira, marcas pelos móveis.
O café da manhã é bem simples, além de estar com a máquina de suco quebrada, ou seja, quem não quer tomar bebida quente só terá água para beber e terá que buscar na recepção.
Quanto ao papel higiênico, é bem simples, chegando a ser grosseiro, o que no mínimo não seria aceitável para um hotel considerado de bom nível de conforto.
