Nice surprise and great experience
Pros:

We had a great time in Maison Glad. We booked the hotel as part of our Jeju tour package and we did spent a bit more to upgrade to this hotel, but it was still much cheaper than upgrading to the Grand Hyatt, so I wasn't expecting too much. Honestly I was prepared to walk into a cheap 2-star level hotel.

But Maison Glad really exceeded my expectation. The exterior and the service all feel welcoming and nice, and the design is almost comparable to a Courtyard or 4.5-star hotel. The rooms are nice and clean with modern amenities, and even though the room was advertised to be smaller (with a 1.5x2 meter bed, standard double-bed in China), it feels adequate for the stay, and you don't feel crammed inside, and you still get all the necessary space to walk around.

Would definitely book again if we come back to Jeju.

애견인으로서 아쉬운점
Pros:

애견 동반 가능한 5성급 호텔

Cons:

애견동반은 숙박은 가능한데, 식사를 같이 할 수 있는 식당이 전무하다는 것은 좀 아쉽습니다.
또한 객실 복도에서 냄새가 아무리 애견동반 가능 호텔 이라지만 좀 심하게 납니다.

素敵な旅になりました
Pros:

お部屋も快適で清潔。日本語がわかるスタッフもいるので安心。タオルがないとかトラブルもありましたが、すぐ持ってきてくれたり、対応はとても親切でした。アクセスも良いし、安心して泊まれる良いホテル。

Cons:

3人での宿泊と言っていたのに、バスタオルやお水が2日連続問い合わせないともらえなかった。コンシェルジュの方に伝えたから翌日はちゃんと三人分届いてました。

Looks good from the outside
Pros:

Very stylish and the bakery was good

Cons:

No offer of early check in. Staff weren't warm and friendly on arrival, room was small, bed was small, the ceiling looked unfinished, aesthetically from the outside this hotel looks great but that doesn't carry into the rooms and the most disappointing was that the whole pool and terrace area was closed, the pools were empty and no furniture- this should have been made much clearer upon booking as we wouldnt have booked here had we known
