Not a 5* hotel, more like a 3* but very good pool.
Pros:

The pool was excellent with diving and jump areas and two slides but it is very dated and needs cleaning better.

The restaurants that are part of the all inclusive are a nice touch and plenty of variety but they are mostly set menus so you get whet your given etc. Some are better than others but not bad for all inclusive.

Drinks are ok but nothing special, you would expect a cocktail to be made in a 5* resort, not come out of a auto machine in a plastic cup.

Cons:

Location is very close to the strip which means lots of groups of young lads and girls, none of which caused any trouble but when they come in at 4am in the morning and wake you up its very annoying as we are a family.

We had two rooms as we are a family of 5 but my wife and daughters had 5 nights of being woke up in the middle of the night. They eventually got moved to a quieter location after 5 nights.

The manager tried to say I should of booked other rooms like I am supposed to know in advance of arriving what rooms they have or where they are located??

The staff tried to deny the hotel had any groups which was absurd. (Again the groups did nothing wrong).

Most staff were friendly but there is just very few of them for the size of the hotel which is very big.

The place looks like it needs updating and a good clean, its certainly not a 5* as advertised which is very disappointing to pay and arrive at what you think you have booked a 5* and you arrive at a 3*

We had a couple of issues with ants in the rooms but the cleaners quickly resolved. Air con didn't work either so they put a portable unit in the room which worked but was noisy.

Difficult review as we did make the most of it and we did have a good time, mostly down to the fact that the pool is that good and kept the kids entertained the whole time.

If we booked and paid for a 3* I would be more than happy with what we got but we booked and paid for what we thought was a 5* hotel, hence the criticism above.

Je pense que mettre un 5 étoiles est abusé mais nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour

Très belle vue. La piscine était chouette. Il n’y avait pas trop de monde et par conséquent calme et tranquille. Le resto était sympa et rien à redire sur la nourriture.

Cons:

Je pense que cet établissement ne mérite pas 5 étoiles. Il y avait pas mal de poussière, quand nous somme arrivés dans la chambre les toilettes avaient été utilisées sans tirer l’eau. Des parties dans la cuisine étaient cassées. Il y avait du savon mais pas après shampooing ni même de shampooing. Mais c’était quand même confortable et avons bien dormi malgré le bruit des claquements de portes et des portails des terrasses.
La plage dont nous avions un accès simplifié avait de attractions sympa à faire, mais sinon elle n’était vmt pas belle et donnait pas envie de s’y baigne.
La plus part du personnel était sympa et aidant

Funcionários extremamente cuidadosos e atentos às nossas necessidades.
Refeições variadas e para todos os gostos.

Cons:

Puede ser un gran hotel si consigue que sus empleados trabajen con profesionalidad.
Pros:

1º.- La piscina era amplia y con una construcción atrayente, sin embargo necesita una pequeña reforma...tenía varios gresites levantados que están ocasionandomelo desconchones más serios. En otros lugares tenía manchas propias del uso que deberían ser eliminadas...recomiendo algúnas desincrustaste fuerte para la limpieza.
2º.- El acceso a la playa es rápido... desde la piscina puedes estar en la playa en un par de minutos escasos.
3º.- Me gustó el trato del personal de recepción (mi AGRADECIMIENTO por las dos ocasiones en que tuve que hablar con ellas).
4º.- Me parecieron unos buenos PROFESIONALES dos personas que entendí que eran los encargados del restaurante (nunca hable con ellos, no lo necesite)... vi como lidiaban los temporales con los pocos medios que tenían... y como tenían que intentar "razonar" con clientes arrogantes. Desde aquí darles ánimo con este trabajo.

Cons:

1º.- El acceso a los pocos y "regulares" servicios del hotel estaba poco vigilado... había chicos y chicas jóvenes que se alojaban por diferentes lugares de la población que accedían a la piscina y campaban a sus anchas sin que nadie lo regule.
2º.- No existe el aire acondicionado en la mayoría de los lugares compartidos del hotel... Tampoco en el propio comedor (AQUA) lo que hacía que comer allí fuera una tortura (coincidimos con una ola de calor - 2 a 8 de julio).
3º.- No tengo claro si el Buffet de la comida estaba vigilado o también entraba todo el que pasaba por la puerta, ya que había multitud de personas sin ningúna pulsera a las que no veía pasar por caja para pagar...sí he visto alguna... concretamente tres.
4º.- Las chicas de la limpieza que hacían la habitación 002 estos días no se portaron nada de bien... la limpieza era escasa... tuvimos los cristales manchados y el cabecero de la cama (que era un gran espejo) durante toda nuestra estancia, tuvimos que acudir a recepción a pedir que usaran a limpiar tras tres días sin hacerlo. Cuando me quejé en recepción aparecieron a limpiar inmediatamente... y a partir de ese día acudían a limpiar SIEMPRE en la hora de la siesta ... qué casualidad... tenían puesto el cartel de "NO MOLESTAR"...pero pegaban a la puerta... y el día que teníamos que marcharnos (hora de Check out a las 11:00 horas) se metieron en la habitación a limpiarla mientas estábamos llevando parte de las maletas al coche a eso de las 9:00 horas... Al volver a entrar a la habitación ... poco más y me echaban de allí.
5º.- No me gusto ver a parte de los empleados hablando por teléfono con vete a saber quien mientras estaban trabajando... me refiero a quien atendía el grill, a la gran cantidad de cocineros o pinches que te encontrabas en la zona de la piscina o a las propias chicas de limpieza... NO ESTÁN haciendo su trabajo...están hablando con sus familias, con amigos o con quien sea mientras deben realizar una labor profesional
