Short, last minute vacation to a pleasant hotel, beautiful hotel but disappointing food and drinks.
Pros:

The pool is beautiful, definitely the best part of the hotel.

Cons:

The food/restaurant/bars were disappointing. The food was fresh and well presented but lacking in variety . No show cooking, very limited.
Plastic glasses are totally acceptable around the pool area but to eat your meal and have a glass of wine in a plastic beaker isn’t on. Cocktails are pre-made in a machine.
These factors alone would cancel any 5star rating

Cons:

Comida muito fraca, Restaurante sem ar condicionado muito mau, pouco espaço nesse mesmo restaurante, na piscina não tinha ninguém a controlar tanto as pessoas como a marcação das cadeiras. Nem o café (bica)estava incluído na modalidade de tudo incluído, tinham um expresso de máquina que parecia o café Mokambo.

el self service, es de lo peor que he conocido.
Hubo 2 dias que una hora antes de terminar el horario de cena , no repusieron varias bandejas del menú.
La variedadad de platos que ofrecian era disuasorio.
Es una pena, tenia lo necesario para ser un conjunto idilico

La comida no ha estado mal y el servicio bien pero mejorable

Muy sucio. El ascensor que bajaba al restaurante no funcionaba y personas con discapacidad como yo pues lo necesitamos para subir y bajar al desayuno y comidas y piscinas etc.,,
