Great value for money
Pros:

La piscina y las vistas a la playa.La cama era cómoda

Cons:

La comida muy justa de calidad y poca variedad,las bebidas bastante malas y las instalaciones deberían renovar, sobre todo el baño,bañera con cortinas muy molesta porque se te pega al cuerpo y se sale el agua,grifos antiguos que cuesta poner el agua a buena temperatura, los sanitarios muy viejos sería un 5 estrellas hace 30 años ,en la actualidad yo le doy 3

Pros:

Room upgrade was fantastic

Cons:

The buffet meals fantastic, sadly the fixed menu at the open air BBQ was very poor! We cancelled the Mandrain restaurant booking due to fixed menu, this was the only let down with our stay.

Large room, excellent staff, amazing location with Free Parking
Pros:

Upgraded at check in found a fully equipped kitchen for self cater or eat in hotel as we did with the all inclusive package.
The indoor pool is a very good size.
Public Beach access.
Free Parking
The grill restaurant was very good.
Staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

I feel it is more like a 4 star.
The Italian restaurant was a bit disappointing.

Pros:

Staff at front desk-Jacqueline and Annabel in particular wrre fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Beach on doorstep. Kiddies pool and slide excellent. We loved it all!

Cons:

A lot of steps down to pool as lift was not in operation due to renovations. Apart from that everything else was perfecr.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Gym was great. Room was massive, beautiful ocean view.
