Ok stay. Bad management.
Pros:

Rooms, breakfast and dinner were really good with a lot of choices.

Cons:

Hotel staff billed the breakfast and dinner twice and upon showing them the paid bills and asking to reverse it, they denied it and stopped answering to mails.

Therefore, I would recommend to stay away from this place.

Cons:

When I called the front desk to ask whether we could purchase sports drinks at the hotel because of the severe heat wave in Gyeongju, we were suffering from severe dehydration. We were initially told to go to a convenience store seven minutes away.
At the time, we were seriously concerned about whether we needed to go to the emergency room or not due to the severe dehydration, so this response was very disappointing. I had to ask the staff member why the hotel did not have any sports drinks available in such extreme weather conditions. He then told us that they had a few extras, and we brought them up to us.
This is a five-star hotel, but I did not feel that the service reflected a five-star standard, particularly when dealing with unusual weather conditions and a potential medical emergency. The hotel did not need to provide the drinks for free; however, it should have made them available for purchase through a vending machine, the hotel shop, or another facility on the property, rather than directing guests to a convenience store seven minutes away.

Leuk hotel voor een kort verblijf in Gyeongju
Pros:

Mooie hotel, prachtige kamer. Jammer dat je zo een suite niet indeelt met 1 bed per kamer, maar kiest om beide bedden naast elkaar te zetten. Zeer mooie en ruime badkamer en zeer mooie en grote gym! Mooi uitgebreid ontbijt (moesten wel voor de kinderen apart bij betalen)

Cons:

Weet waar je aan begint qua locatie, want het is wel wat verder weg gelegen.

Pros:

Habitación amplia y desayuno completo.

Cons:

Que para utilizar la piscina exterior tuvieras que pagar y además el precio muy caro. No me parece razonable en un hotel de 5 estrellas.
En el desayuno no había café descafeinado, tampoco chocolate.

Vista incantevole
Pros:

La cosa che ci ha colpito di più e' stata l'incantevole vista sul lago Bomun. Veramente spettacolare soprattutto al tramonto.
La struttura è molto grande ma non estremamente caotica. Le camere sono estremamente grandi. Le attrazioni non sono vicinissime, a circa 10-15 minuti di auto.

Abbiamo fatto mezz’ora di coda per la colazione, non accettabile. Il ristorante chiude alle 9, non compatibile con chi torna dopo visita del palazzo che va fatto la sera. Ascensore lentissimo
