Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The noise at night is extremely disruptive. There is constant disturbance, making it very difficult to get a proper rest. Just when things start to quiet down, the BTS tram begins running around 6 am, adding even more noise early in the morning.

Ideal para a aventura em Bangkok
Pros:

Boa localização, embora alguns quartos possam ter algum ruido dado serem junto a Sukhumvit road. Bom atendimento. O quarto com jacuzzi bom. serviço de massagens disponivel no piso 7. Serviço de transfer para o aeroporto dentro do proprio hotel.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço podia ser mais diversificado.

After 30 years travelling through S.E.Asia I always end up at S15 whenever in BKK.
Pros:

I like the fact the floor is carpeted. Hotel rooms with hard fake timber flooring accentuate noise and feel cold, spartan and are not what i want when spending my hard earned cash on any hotel 3 star or above.

Cons:

The fact that they don't supply milk or creamer (sachet) although they do supply complimentary tea and coffee.

Nice gem
Pros:

I was nervous about being so close to the BTS but I didnt hear it once in the room. Very comfortable and it felt like a oasis in the heart of the city.

Cons:

Elevator was a bit inconsistent with whether you needed to scan your card to operate it.
