Avoid for your peace of mind

This review is by a frequent traveler and was encouraged by Booking.com to write so people don't face a situation like ours.

We booked a family room with 3 beds ( 1 queen and 2 sofa beds) to accommodate our family during our visit to Sharm El Sheik. Upon arrival the front desk informed us that our kids (15&17) considered adults ( they consider kids 11 and up adults at this facility) we explained that according to Booking.com anyone under 18 considered children and stay with paying adults for free or for a small charge. What happened next was a series of disappointing actions starting from the front desk up to management. Somehow, our reservation came out as only 2 adults in the room we booked ( family room) , which could be easily fixed by adding the minor kids to the existing booking but the front desk insisted first, they are adults, then the room wouldn't accommodate the number of guests ( they falsely claim we booked a double room) after a lot of back and forth, we were forced into booking another room for a full price. ( one of the mangers insisted that we were convinced to book another room after they explained to us that the room won't fit us all, another false claim) A claim was filled through Booking.com customer services and they asked the property to respect our reservation by refund or compensate and the request was refused. Booking.com says they never encountered anything like that and encouraged us to write this detailed review so people avoid this facility. I wish I could post photos of our vacation, but instead, I'm posting photos of our actual reservation, room ( to show 3 beds with a room divider), and communication from Booking customer services.

Specially to my friends in the reception Mr. Mahmoud Abdelhamid & Mr. Tarek.
I can’t forget the man in the main restaurant but I’m sorry I don’t know his name. From the first day he welcomed us with a nice smile and he gave us a fantastic service thanks a lot.
The sea was sandy and amazing.
Everything was fantastic thanks for all.

Отель располагается в заповедной зоне, есть возможность плавать вдоль рифа, наблюдая удивительный подводный мир, спасатели очень тщательно следят за плавающими, с лежаками установлено правило , что занимать их нельзя ( на каждом зонтике висит объявление ) и что если больше часа никого нет на лежаках то сотрудники убирают полотенца , и это значительно упрощает отдых) . Еда разная , меняется , каждый найдет по вкусу , из за того что много итальянцев отдыхает в отеле , можно познакомится с итальянской кухней , много готовят итальянских блюд , фруктов полно, сладостей полно, мясо , рыба , курица , вообщем голодным точно не останетесь, доброжелательные сотрудники ( многие говорят и понимают русский язык ) , чисто убирают , вид на море вау, обстановка везде доброжелательная . Немного отойти от отеля маркет с сувенирами , если просто выйти из ворот отеля ( аптека , магазин, кальян ). Пенная вечеринка это что то , растанцевали даже самых серьезных отдыхающих ))) вообщем приятный отдых гарантирован . Есть номера на первом этаже со своими бассейнами , прикольно . Такой спокойный , расслабляющий , без суеты отдых получился ☀️ спасибо отелю !

Fantasztikus szálloda, nagyon szép tengerparttal
Pros:

A helyszín kiválló! A strand nagyon közel van, ahol szép halakat lehet látni.
A személyzet nagyon kedves. Glutén érzékenyként nagyon tetszett, hogy minden étkezésnél volt egy munkatárs aki figyelt arra, hogy glutén mentes ételt kapjunk.
