Perfect location next to the ferry. Beautiful hotel, our room overlooked the piazza with nightly entertainment.
Wonderful from start to finish location perfect however the running of the hotel from the welcome on arrival the staff all day long the hard work of the dining staff from the food prep to serving the atmosphere the warmth and friendliness all around the hotel the cleanliness of the place was perfect from start to finish xx What you saw outside was reflected inside beautiful first class sophisticated and great fun. Thank you Hotel Sole for a much needed beautiful break away. Would go back in a heartbeat
La posizione era eccezionale.
Bagno piccolo, doccia scomoda e arredamento datato
La posizione è la colazione
Camera molto calda e rumorosa, a parte il sapone corpo non erano presente nessun kit per l'igiene personale
La posizione del Albergo era ottima!!Pulizia e servizio eccellente!!
The location is second to none right on the port and overlooking the lake and the huge mountain on both sides of the lake. Celeste in the reception went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was abundant and with a lot of variety
Nothing….well, one thing…we had to leave
My wife and I booked 2 “Superior” lake-side facing balcony rooms (one for us, and one for her parents) with a hefty price tag of just over 1700 euros for 4 nights, breakfast included.
The view was absolutely amazing, this must be said, stepping out on the balcony overlooking the view for the first time really did take my breath away. But to be honest that is the only enjoyable part of this hotel.
The staff are quite rude and unwelcoming, and my wife and I are very aware of over tourism and the effect it has on the locals of Italy and are very understanding in this regard, however his one hotel had the worst we’ve experienced after staying in about 6-7 hotels in Italy.
The rooms were horribly outdated - there is no tea or coffee station in the rooms, when we phoned to order room service to enjoy a coffee/glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the lake, we were told to come to the bar as there is no room service. The aircons do not work, there was not even a bin in our room. The beds (two single beds pushed together - in both rooms) were old and one could feel the springs coming out the mattresses.
It really is a stretch to call this a 4 star hotel. I would call it 3 star at best. My recommendations are to rather take a short walk from a hotel without a view in Riva Del Garda, and have a better hotel experience than to stay right on the lake.
Hate to give an average review but it really was an average experience for the price you pay.
