Guter Ausgangspunkt für Bonn-Erkundung
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Perfektes neues Parkhaus nebenan, 50m zum Rhein...200m zur Stadtbahn, mit der man überall hin kommt... zu Fuß vom Hotel schön am Rhein entlang ist man nach gut 40 Minuten am Münster... außerdem wohnt man mitten im Regierungsviertel, mit entsprechenden Klientel im Hotel.
Die Zimmer waren groß und gemütlich. Die Glasscheibe sowie Glasschiebetür vom Zimmer ins Bad muss man berücksichtigen, findet nicht jeder gut...
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert leider nicht so, wie man das erwartet - recht laut, und auch bei maximum Stärke und minimum 18 Grad merkt man nicht viel (wir hatten Gott sei Dank kühlen Nächte und keine heißen Tage).
Frühstück: absolut lecker, umfangreich, alles frisch, sogar Kaffee to go möglich.

Cons:

Belüftung vom Bad, Glastüre und Fenster zum Bad... Klimaanlagenfunktion.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Lage und Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Top-Lage, perfekter Service, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels (Ausblick und Umgebung) und das gepflegte Zimmer. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr reichhaltig und von ausgesuchter Qualität. Besonders erfreulich die Bar in der 17. Etage mit phantastischer Aussicht, freundlichem Personal und leckeren Cocktails.
Zwei kleinere Reparaturaufträge wurden sofort erledigt (Daumen hoch).

Cons:

Es gab keinen Grund für Beanstandungen.
