Trotz der Umstände war es ein schöner, erlebnisreicher Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sauber und ruhiges Hotel. Freundliches aber teilweises überfordertes ( Rezeption) Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr gut ausgestatteter Wellnesbereich.

Cons:

Wir hatten drei Doppelzimmer über Boocing.com gebucht. Trotzdem war das Einchecken sehr umständlich. Die Kennzeichen der Autos wurden nicht korreckt hinterlegt und wir hatten dadurch Probleme bei der Ausfahrt. Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht das Problem zu lösen, trotdem war es sehr ärgerlich. Auch der Zugang zur Tiefgarage war sehr umständlich, da nicht alle Aufzüge in den Keller benutzbar waren.
Wir hatten unsere E-Bike dabei, da das Hotel dierekt am Fahrradweg liegt. Es gibt leider keine abschließbare Fahrrad-Box oder Raum. Die teuren Fahrräder mußten vor dem Hotel im Freien abgestellt werden!!

Der Fitness- und Poolbereich war sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hätte an diesem extrem heißen Wochenende etwas stärker sein können, war aber noch ausreichend und eine große Erleichterung.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage.
Sehr schöner Wellness Bereich und sehr gutes Frühstück.
Die Rooftop Bar ist auch ein Highlight.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht um der Hitze in unserer Dachgeschoss Wohnung zu entfliehen und haben uns auf unser Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gefreut.
Als wir uns gerade eingerichtet hatten,wurde es plötzlich immer wärmer im Zimmer.
Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen.
Ein netter Mitarbeiter bot uns ein neues Zimmer an,leider stellten wir in der Nacht dann fest,dass auch dort die Klimaanlage versagt hat.
Wir hatten 26 Grad im Zimmer.
Wir konnten die 2.Nacht kostenlos stornieren und wurden für die erste Nacht großzügig entschädigt.

Für unsere Zwecke, war das Hotel gut gelegen. Wir hatten Karten für GOP. Allerdings haben wir auch unser leichtes Abende
Pros:

Die neu gestalteten Zimmer nach Übernahme durch Radisson.

Cons:

Nach wie vor schlechte Service. Lange Wartezeiten, nicht abgeräumt Tische und die schlechte Snack Karte mit überteuerten Preisen.

Very disappointing, as they advertise air conditioning they should at least have one!
Pros:

It is a nice business hotel, clean, has pool, straight forward typical US hotel.
The club sandwich was very good.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work!! They said it was being repaired but I don’t think they actually had any. That was a great disappointment as it was the only reason I went to that hotel, to get away from our heatwave.
The hotel is ok but bland, no style, colours are not cheerful, rooms are spacious but beiges and browns are quite dull.
Also the staff/cleaners are not as honest as one would hope. I left my iPhone charger in my room before checking out, when I later came back for it, it was gone, neither was it in the lost& found the next day. Very disappointing.

Spitzen Lage mitten in Bonn, in der Umgebung findet sich alles was es braucht. Service reagiert immer schnell,
