Niks, het zijn oplichters want ze geven valse informatie op hun site, laat je niet verleiden met hoe hun de informatie geven. Dit hotel niet boeken als familie. Want geen glijbaan is voor kinderen

Cons:

Ze geven aan dat ze 4 zwembaden hebben maar 3 zijn dicht en de enige zwembad die ze hadden is alleen voor volwassenen.

Breakfast was awesome buffet. Staff were great. Facilities were unexcelled, the swimming pool was fantastic. Great value for money.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because I thought it was "beachfront" as it says, and I have seen its gate on the beach. It is not. While technically the property abuts the beach, the living areas and rooms are a ten minute walk through the giant estate that constitutes this resort. Actual beach access for us was down a public road that ran by 7-11, as would be for any of the hotels located off the beach. It is definitely NOT the case that you walk out of your room onto the beach as you would at another hotel that really does have a beachfront location. If you have someone in your group that can't walk much, find another place, staying here entails lots of walking.

Pros:

I was very happy with my stay. I love having a pool available in the evening. I love having a room with a balcony/veranda for relaxing. It is close enough to the beach. The staff were great. The bed and room was comfortable and had hot water.

Cons:

mosquitoes were able to get into my room. It is the only complaint about the whole trip. Everything else was great.

Cons:

We booked eight rooms well in advance of our vacation. However, upon our arrival, we found that the rooms were not properly prepared and the arrangements were not well organized.

Since the reservation was made prior to our vacation date, we had expected the rooms to be ready upon check-in. We also expected the rooms to be located close to one another, or at least in consecutive room numbers, to better accommodate our group.

We hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve your room preparation and allocation for future guests, especially for group bookings made in advance.

Furthermore, there are many insects in the bedroom, which may pose a risk of crawling into the ear during sleep.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
