Pros:

The place is near the beach. The worker’s in there are nice especially the ones who are cleaning our rooms. Check-in and check-out went smooth and fast.

Cons:

I booked for 2 rooms. 1 room is for 2 adults with free breakfast and the second room is for 1 adult and 1 child with free breakfast. During the first breakfast everything went well, in the second day they ask that we need to pay if my child is going to eat and I explained to them about the booking and even showed them what I booked in booking.com, then they let us in. In the last breakfast they told us the same thing and I had to explain again and even talked to the front desk to explain this coz they wouldn’t believe me. They said I booked for 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. I was just got pissed that I had to talked twice in the phone before they let us in.

The water in the other bathroom was quite cold that my daughter doesn’t even want to go to shower.

Yung location,yung buffet, tska may peace of mind ako tahimik haha. Yung room na sobrang bango gusto ko na kunin ano yung ginagamit nila haha. Tska yung mga staff lahat sobrang babait nila yung tipong kapag naliligaw kami sasamahan pa kami haha.
Tska natupad ko yung gusto ko para sa father ko nakapagspeedboat sya,okay yung buffet,okay din place kung saan kami. Feeling ko sa first time niya na pagpunta sa boracay feeling ko sobrang happy niya. Thank you paradise. Babalik at babalik ako dito.

Yung pool medyo mataas hindi pwede sa maliliit, tska wala nakalagay kung ilang ft na ba yung pool. Tska konti yung hagdanan ng pool. Pero may mga lifeguard naman yun naman ang importante at mababait sila.

The accommodation.
There is a very big tokay gecko on our terrace.(PICTURE WAS TAKEN AND SHOWN IN THE RECEPTIONIST
). Very noisy hallway. And we can hear the noise from the other room.
We weren't able to sleep the whole night. Some are shouting in the hallway and banging doors.
We were transferred to the other room after I raised my complaint. But not the same from our previous room . There is no bath tub. The lights in the bathroom are dimmed. The staff did not explained to us what are the amenities inside the room.
No one is providing coffee during our second day of stay, even asking what we need in the room.
Even if we are locals , and our first time to stay in your place. You should treat us the way you treat the other nationality.

Outdated and infested with mosquitos and spiders.
Pros:

The kids had fun with the slides. The beds were spacious and not too bad.

Cons:

The room was spacious but dated and infested with mosquitos and spiders. The pool area has a lot of flies and there was sitting area that smells like urine. There are few unfilled concrete spaces (looks like previous pond) that are very unsafe for kids. Overall very disappointing and will not be going back again nor recommend this resort to friends and families.
