Pros:

I came for a conference, it's very well located, easy parking and feels safe and secure. Definitely recommend for anyone travelling to the tweed/cooky area

Large balcony.

Cons:

No instructions re hotel facilities, where and what for Gym, pool. Etc
Our car park space dark and water everywhere. Felt like we were in a pit.
Bathroom needed magnifying mirror.

Easy environment to relax in.
Pros:

Everything was suitable and functional. relaxing, easy to get used to environment. Facilities were everything we needed and therefore it allowed us to settle in quickly.

Cons:

No shower door. Just walk in and out. One person found shower lip, even though small, a possible trip hazard. Larger and non broken ice cube tray. Bedroom TV was old and small. Needs updating. Couldn't use ear pods.

Great team
Pros:

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The staff - Emi and Brett - were exceptional. I had several special requests (as I was travelling with surfboards and camera gear) and each one was met in a highly prompt, professional, friendly, and relaxed way. They were amazing and should be commended for their efforts. I would like to thank them both for making my stay enjoyable and relaxing. The location is great as I could walk to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets in minutes.
