We loved the huge self contained apartment with amazing water views. The meals at both Koconut Willy's and Three sixty restaurants were amazing. Also loved the beach walks and fresh seafood place next door. All staff were fantastic.
the location was nice
room was not clean - evidence of faeces on toilet. What really was disapointing was teh fact that 3 families travelled with children. 1 week prior to our arrival, the property e-mailed us informing us that the pool was out of order. They offered us a refund, but being schoool holidays, that was not an option. Given we booked well in advance, they should have onformed us a lot earlier. Bit of a cash grab by them really.
Nice rooms, lovely staff, great views
Really good location, central to alot and right across the rd from the beach. Welcoming staff, the reception offered support when we needed us and put us on to Julie who hires cars and lives at The Grand too, making this easy and convenient. Apartment had everything we needed as a Family. Gym facilities, sauna and steam room.
Unfortunately, the pool and Spa were under construction. Otherwise, this would have been cool to have at the end of a long day.
Check in was excellent - so grateful for the help provided by staff

The view was good :I would not stay in the same apartment again especially in summer, due to the air conditioning system not working. I would definitely recommend to friends and stay again but in an apartment not facing the Gold Coast highway. The location for eating out was great.
