Friendly, Clean and Comfy - Excellent value!
Pros:

Lovely, hotel, right on the beach, close walk to the center of town.

Comfy room by the pool, very laid back atmosphere.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Excellent value. Very well maintained, and a good cleaning crew.

The noise level was perfect, quiet and relaxing. Only issue was nearby all inclusive across a boardwalk, with parties and music into the late hours.

O hotel superou nossas expectativas, localização na praia norte, quarto grande e bem equipado, com frigobar, toalhas de banho e praia, água grátis (México água vale ouro), amenidades de banho, precisamos deixar as mochilas pós checkout e não tivemos custo, piscina limpa, o café da manhã que era cortesia num restaurante na praia norte bem simples, mas tinha opções no cardápio para complementar com um bom valor. Gostamos bastante, melhor do que imaginava.

Now,one of my favorite hotels on the island!
Pros:

the Old Mexico charm of a beautiful garden, pool, rocking chairs , and one of the best beach views on the island.

Cons:

room was a bit small for 3-4 people, but managable.

Perfect stay - in the honeymoon suite
Pros:

Perfect stay at Villa Kiin.
A tiny bit dated inside the honeymoon suite but that’s nit picking tbh. Room is very clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable, pillows firm. O/head fan good during the day, AC perfect to lower temp when sleeping and quiet too. Lovely to sit on the room balcony with shade. Good clothes storage and wardrobe to hang items. Secure safe.
Wifi is 30Mb in room and 12 Mb at pool enough to watch YT uninterrupted.

Public areas (pool, lobby, grounds, sun beds, outside table and chairs seating, secure site) are immaculately kept each day.
Middle of May seems to be a very good time to visit here.
Weekends are definitely much busier on the Isla in general. Monday you (almost) have Playa Nikita to yourself. Reception staff are kind, patient and helpful.

Would return in a heart beat if this country and this island wasn’t almost 8000 mi away from home.

Basen mega klimat ...palmy karaibski styl...woda ciepła nawet w nocy... cudowne położenie. Warto odwiedzić.Pokoje ok styl karaibski dosyć surowy ,ale ok.

Cons:

KAUCJA POBIERANA PRZEZ HOTEL 250 USD ,a po powrocie do domu miesiąc później dalej jest widoczna... kaucja w postaci rezerwacji na karcie kredytowej...nie fajnie i patrząc na wyposażenie pokoju ,a raczej jego brak niezrozumiała maniera hotelu. Brak czajnika .

Emplacement et vue EXCEPTIONNELLE.

Emplacement parfait !! Vue incroyable !

Cons:

Pas de pression d'eau dans la douche, je pensais que c'était un détail mais au bout de 3 nuits et multiples aller-retour dans le sable c'est quand même dérangeant.
Pas de petit déjeuner/restaurant dans l'hôtel.
Le toilette qui se bouche régulièrement et la dame de l'accueil qui nous dis de le déboucher nous même ?

Pros:

Great location to North Beach! Pool right outside the room

Cons:

Someone came into rooms (locked) while we were gone and stole headphones.They got into the closet where the safe was. Im assuming to steal other items. Luckily we had all important documents, cards etc on us. They even stole a bag from the room next to us while they were out (not part of our group). Very disappointing.

El cuarto super comodo, amplio, limpio, terraza con vista, frigobar

Cons:

El hotel no tiene uso de playa, solo alberca. Piden mucho dinero y con tarjeta de credito para el deposito, creo es un requisito muy hostigoso.

Localização na frente da praia com vista maravilhosa. Cama confortavel

Quarto simples, cafe da manha cortesia apenas 1 cafe e um pao com geleia. Ar condicionado antigo mto barulhento.
