L'hôtel est très très bien situé avec un accès direct à la plage Playa Norte
La chambre est dotée d'un petite terrasse avec un Hamac, une table et des chaises.
La piscine donne sur la plage et il est agréable de se reposer sur les chaises longues face à la mer.
Les équipements sont un peu vieillissants et la climatisation mériterait d'être rénovée (trop de bruit).
Globalement, l'établissement mériterait une bonne rénovation ce qui le valoriserait énormément.

Needs some updates but it’s an excellent budget friendly property with great staff and beautiful outdoors.
The hotel has been renovated and upgraded. I have stayed here several times over the past 9 years. The hotel lobby & reception has been upgraded. Room access improved. The pool area has been updated. The bushes cut. All very nice. View onto one of the nicest beach coves on Isla Mujeres. Location to town less than 10 minutes walk. Awesome.

Sem manutenção há muito tempo. Fizemos upgrade de quarto, mas mesmo assim nao houve grande melhora.
La ubucación es inmejorable, tienes a pie del hotel dos caletas hermosas y a pasos Playa Norte que es una de las mejores playas del mundo. Me encantó que incluyera desayuno continental en el restaurante Buhos que es muy bonito. La alberca es perfecta para esos momentos en la tarde noche.

First off….the pictures on this site are from when the hotel first opened many years ago! This place is NOTHING at all like these pictures. Room is clean, very dated and has the bare minimum. Take your own soap, towels ( if you require one for your hair) shampoo/conditioner, travel steamer/iron, hair dryer, as none of this is supplied. We were able to ck out a hair dryer at the desk; however, it is 1 towel per person. They are strict about that! Our safe was out of Titanic era and didn’t work. Doors still have old time keys!! The pool was like bath water, but very clean. Breakfast you have to walk a half mile to get there and there’s juice, coffee and toast! They have some kind of set up w a restaurant. Beware, if you go let your server know even after you hand him your hotel ticket, because they hand you a menu and if you order you also get a bill. We didn’t waste our time we went to North Garden!
Perfect location. Everything else just kind of standard. But can't beat the location only problem. I had air conditioning did not work very well. I did not mention it felt like it was blowing cool but never got below 82. Ductless systems I'm familiar with I own the heating air conditioning company. I think it was the location wherever the units were sitting that caused the problem and maybe it was only my room but I passed many units that weren't installed right where the face was being blocked there for short trip so I just let it go.

No tiene baños en planta baja para uso de los huéspedes, no tiene suficiente baño y jabón, no cuenta con cobertor en habitaciones
Have stayed here many times. Staff always great and location cannot be beat. Love this pla e.

This is the best location on Isla in my opinion. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. We love swimming in the bay and relaxing by the pool. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly .
