Spacious. Good location.
So disappointed the restaurant wasn't open. It's why I booked.
Excellent location. Very large room with wonderful views. Bed was extra big and very comfortable. Great sized balcony.
The on-site restaurant was closed from April until September due to the low season. No notification given at time of booking.
The location
The air quality in the room was suboptimal, contributing to an elevated temperature that presented both advantages and disadvantages. Sleep was disrupted due to noise transference from adjacent accommodations, indicating insufficient sound insulation in the partitioning walls.
Awesome location
Room was well set out and comfortable and clean
Loved bench for suitcases
Signage to locate room, button for toilet not obvious
The view from the room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The fire place was an added bonus.
Lovely to get an upgrade to a room with a great view from up high. Comfortable bedding, great to have a laundry to use (at cost but cheap). Great heating and good water pressure. Easy walk via a track to the harbour.
Not a thing
Gina, at reception, was so welcoming. We were upgraded to a Harbour view room, which was very comfortable, clean and yes a beautiful view. Location was great within easy walking distance of everything.
Nothing
The beds were nice and comfy and a spatial room. Really close to the main shops.
The carparks were very narrow for bigger vehicles and quite limited. The walls seemed really thin as you could hear people talking and closing doors very easily.
A shame that the kitchen wasn’t operating.
The whole village had an exceptional cleanliness about it, the staff everywhere were extremely helpful and friendly at any time of day
The location was convenient with the river cruise departure point close by, with easy access to meal options and the theatre for the play
The bed was very soft
Great location within walking distance from bay
Restaurant was closed for the season so could not even have breakfast in the hotel, had to make our way the cafe in town, and for Dinner had to go to the Pub in the main street which was also busy and if you did not book then you had to find somewhere else. Staff were not engaging at checkin or checkout. Room was very basic with not a lot of extras
Clean comfy and convenient
Not serviced every day but they did supply extra towels
Huge hotel complex but still personal touch when we checked in. Free upgrade greatly appreciated to view over the water. Short walk into town and the lovely restaurant run by the hotel. Don’t miss The Ship That Never Was play that has run every night since 1994!!! It was epic.
