Overall we enjoyed the experience.
The room was cold.
Location
That so much was closed for winter. Considering the huge ad campaign going on for winter in tas on mainland to then find most things closed for winter ??? Does not make sense.
The View 42 restaurant as well as most of the other shops and eateries in Strahan were closed for the season.
location
Nothing
The view from the room of the harbour was great. The room was clean and the bathroom was lovely.
The restaurant was closed for the off season which is unfortunate.
Great rooms. Awesome view over the bay
The town had shutdown. The restaurant and bar were shut at the accomodation. Cruises were not operating. Do not go here in the off season as there is nothing to do.
Superb location and super comfy bed! You can definitely have a good sleep!
There’s no microwave in the room, or in common areas that guest can use, which is not convenient especially in winter season where there’s limited choice of restaurants around the place and you want to reheat the leftovers.
Lovely location
We travelled in winter and nothing was open. Staff were not helpful .
It was a beautiful comfortable room.
Nothing.
Everything was great
Location and room were excellent. Fair value for money. Staff were friendly on check in
There were no staff in the bar area when we went in there. We would have purchased a drink or two, but headed out instead.
Room was good. Comfy, clean bed and bedding. Good sized room
Didnt like the smell of cigareete smoke as we first entered. Stunk out corridor and wafted into room as we opened our door.
Didn't realise restaurant was closed until arrival. Realise its off season, but wasn't listed as closed when making booking.
