Das Frühstück ist überragend gut!
Das Personal ist grösstenteils überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr sehr wohl.
Der Kids Club ist toll, vor allem die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen und das Angebot: es wird Kreatives angeboten und es ist alles so entspannt gewesen.
Zum Strand gibt es einen Shuttle (Beach Tuk Tuk). Dieser Service macht einen großen Unterschied, da das Hotel nicht direkt am Meer liegt. Man kann einen schönen Spaziergang zum Strand machen. Oder eben das Tuk Tuk nehmen :-) so cool!
Die Damen, die das Zimmer sauber machen, erledigen einen super Job!

Für uns persönlich stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im
Restaurant nicht. Geschmäcker sind aber bekanntlich verschieden :-)
Teilweise Baulärm, es wird drumherum viel neu errichtet.

We had an amazing stay at Octant Praia Verde. The meals, location of the property, cleanliness, service and friendliness of the staff was all superb. A special thank you to Flavio, Susana and Sofia for their kindness and amazing hospitality at the bar and the breakfast area. We’ll be back for sure!
Octant Praia Verde excels in customer experience, all of the staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is very modern and comfortable, the food was excellent. We’re looking forward to the new rooms opening for a return trip.
The pool was always full of children and difficult for adults to use for a decent swim, we understand there will be an adult’s only pool in the new extension.
Pequeno almoço bastante completo, o Restaurante à Terra muito bom, o restaurante da piscina é bom mas tem poucas opções.
A localização para o pessoal que vem do Norte é um bocado longe, mas o ambiente de lá é incrivel.
O hotel no Geral é Bastante bom, mas penso que para o tipo de Hotel que é, a Piscina é um pouco pequena.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We were so happy to spend these vacations with Octant. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, the arranged experiences were excellent (special thanks to Vita Natura association that supported our birdwatching and did a chameleon walk with us). The quality of service was simply magnificent: all the details were taken care of, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the restraurant even provided me with a birthday cake. The beach area was clean, not crowded, with comfortable sunbeds -- I wholeheartedly would come again and recommend anyone to stay here.
The hotel is beautifully designed inside and out, and set amongst pine trees. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, the women at the kid's club are lovely and my children wanted to go there all the time (you don't have to book which is great), and it's a nice walk to the beach down a path by a stream (but they offer tuk tuk rides if you prefer). The Eastern Algarve is unspoilt and absolutely beautiful.
The family rooms have a sofa bed for the kids which isn't comfortable and if they were any older it wouldn't have been an option. Understandably, due to all the greenery in the outside spaces, the mosquitos are bad and we were bitten a lot every night. The mosquitos there don't buzz so we couldn't find them and our repellant had no effect. The staff said they are much worse in the summer months.
The food and drink prices in the hotel are absurd - 13 euros for an ice lolly says it all. They also add a 23 euro charge for room service which I have never known a hotel to do before. The meal times were tricky for me with two young children as lunch ends at 5:30 and dinner starts at 7pm, and our normal dinner time is between these times.

Pequeno almoço excecional. Tive pena de não poder ficar mais tempo, para provar um pouco de tudo. Eu, que nem sou propriamente apreciadora de bolos, não resisti a provar um bolo caseiro que me fez lembrar os que a minha mãe fazia. A simpatia de toda a equipa, de todos os funcionários, todos sem exceção. Senti-me tratada como uma princesa. O miminho no quarto no dia do nosso aniversário de casamento. A surpresa que fizeram ao meu marido, com um pequenino bolo no dia do seu aniversário.
Do vento na praia - Facto não imputável ao hotel...
