Séjour agréable, confortable, reposant et sécuritaire!
Pros:

Le service pour le stockage de vélo, très apprécié. Rapide et courtois. La chambre était très propre et le lit très confortable.

Cons:

On nous avait informé que le déjeuner débuterait à 6h30 et les portes se sont ouvertes 15 minutes plus tard. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment trop coûteux pour ce qui est offert. Froid et pas beaucoup de choix. Pour ce prix, il aurait été bien d’avoir du vrai sirop d’érable plutôt qu’une vague imitation. Le personnel a sauvé la mise mais nous avons opté pour un autre endroit pour le deuxième déjeuner!

The hotel met with all our requirements once we ironed out the issues.
Cons:

When we first arrived, we were placed in a room that was adjacent to a conference room which was noisy until around 9.30pm, we approached the desk about the disturbance, and they switched us to another room, probably not a good thing to have these sorts of facilities next to or adjacent to rooms where people could be sleeping or relaxing!

Also, anyone getting a room on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot will be looking at an ugly roof and a wall 20' away from the window, our widow was very dirty to.

Great hotel
Pros:

Staff were wonderful. Room was clean and a nice size. Restaurant is beautiful with a great breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didnt like. It was a great stay.

Motel is nice , people are friendly but way to much money
Pros:

It was in a convenient location for the trip

Cons:

My only issue was I paid 300 plus and they never offered any meal tickets or drink tickets, my daughter who was with us had to inquire at the front desk about it which to that they gave us some also my daughter who only paid 140 and she recieved all her vouchers when she arrived

Not impressed for amount of money we spent.
Pros:

Only offered after we complained about no late check out

Cons:

Both beds were dirty with grass & marks in beds looked like someone had already slept in them, front desk was rude talking to me on phone & someone at counter same time. Restaurant staff were rude & closed by 9pm. Will not being staying at this location again.

The hotel is very accommodating for cyclists and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel was very welcoming and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group of cyclists. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Location was excellent for our cycling route. Would definitely stay again.

Nous y étions pour un événement sportif, l’hôtel avait prévu les espaces pour entreposer les vélos.
Pros:

Très bel accueil, établissement propre et bien situé. Le personnel a répondu à nos besoins . Les chambres sont grandes, fonctionnelles et bien rénovées.
