L’emplacement est idéal et très central, avec 3 à 4 lignes de métro différentes accessibles en seulement 5 minutes à pied, voire moins.
Le personnel est adorable, accueillant et très compréhensif. Du café est mis gratuitement à disposition, ainsi que de petites lotions et autres produits de toilette.
La literie est très confortable et tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable.
Ce fut un séjour parfait.

Poor choice at breakfast. No fresh fruit. Coffee machine often had problems.
The hotel room is a bit small, no real space to place luggage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. There's no onsen or gym. There's one laundry machine on the top floor which is very helpful. They serve sweet snacks for free in the evening and free coffee all day. The location was also great, it was not a very touristy area at all but it was close to subway stations.
The breakfast was not good. You could tell the scrambled eggs were premade and heated up, they tasted terrible. I actually couldn't eat anything except the pastries, a mini loaf slice and croissant, and yogurt. They also had a pancake machine that literally made small pancakes for you. I didn't use it but it reminded me of the budget hotels breakfast in the US.

Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals sollten besser sein. Beim Frühstück wäre etwas Abwechslung willkommen.
