La colazione è stata stupenda oltre le aspettative e la posizione dell’hotel era perfetta. La prima volta in vita mia che trovo un personale così accogliente, simpatico, disponibile e soprattutto tutti sempre sorridenti e gentilissimi.

A little sliceof paradise with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Anka, the concierge was outstanding. Very friendly. Very knowledgable and competent. Michael took our bags. He was very friendly. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The room was beautiful. Bravo!

Beautiful room right on Grand Canal.
Pros:

Just minutes from the train station, and so easy to walk to everywhere in the city. Our room was beautiful. Excellent breakfast each morning, where we got to sit and drink coffee and watch the Grand Canal. Would absolutely stay again.
