Excellent emplacement
Accueil très chaleureux
Location
Maintenance- broken lights, bathroom door. Bad odor from old carpet in the lobby and on stairs, no elevator for upper floors, reception area is appalling!
Rien
The location and the room was nice - it was cute.
I feel like the grout in the standing shower could use a good scrub, also the ceiling vent in the bathroom. And the top part of the headboard was a bit dusty. Also, upon entering the room, it would be helpful to know where and how to turn the light on, because I had to turn on the flashlight on my cell phone in the dark room to figure out where the switches were on the lamps.
I love the location, so easy to walk the old town.
The place is a little tired, needs a face lift. Also I Couldn't find the breakfast
The location is great. Period. There is nothing else to recommend this hotel.
We had two rooms which did not look anything like the pictures on Booking. Not even close. We arrived 2 hours early and wanted to leave our bags. No front desk, just a note on the door to come back at 4pm to pick up the key. One room was on the second floor, up a long flight of stairs, the second room was on the fourth floor--a long haul up even for carry-on bags. The hallways were dirty and smelly, the cleanliness of the rooms were barely passable, and the furnishings were uncomfortable and showed significant wear. We thought the one bright star might be the lovely restaurant downstairs as breakfast was included. The menu for hotel guests was so minimal that you had to order from the restaurant's full breakfast menu to get a decent meal. So no, the breakfast was not included. We had to pay extra. Overall, not a good value for the money and a disappointing experience.
