I had a real good time me and my family every employee that I came in contact with was very kind and very helpful barb who worked the service desk helped me with everything we needed even before I showed up for my reservation she is decently kind and very helpful with people like her it's hard to notice the bad ones thanks for making my stay perfect
Dropped in here overnight. Everything was clean and comfortable just as expected.

We were upgraded the first night to a suite, but had to move the next night. It was a little stressful because we had to be somewhere by 11, but they were very accommodating. The lady at the front desk and housekeeping did everything to get us in the new room as quickly as possible. I wish they had more grass for our puppy to do her business, but she was able to do what she needed to do.

I have visited this establishment many times this month. I have a Medical problem that will require many visits in the future. So far I believe that we have had 5 visits. I know that the employees meet many ppl that are in bad moods. The employees do not let this interfere with their duties. So let us see.. people in bad moods, and very tired employees. They have always been Friendly, Kind, and Professional. They have gone out of their way to assure us a Fantastic place of rest. We have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. If anyone out there need a place to stay, "This is it. " Anyone needing a Procedure at OSU, a stay overnight gets you rested up for it. Th I s is it. I thank God for having this place and the staff to keep happiness in the visit. Thank You, Carl.
This was our second time staying at this hotel and we loved it! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was extremely clean and well kept. I love the lobby and how we could relax there with ample space and privacy. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Columbus.
