Absolutely phenomenal experience! The staff was amazing and so attentive to every need. The room was clean and service by the hotel cleaning staff was just as great. I have never been to a better hotel and we will be back.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Columbus for the final leg of our trip and had a wonderful experience overall.

The hotel was exceptionally clean from the moment we arrived. Our room smelled fresh, the towels were plentiful and clean, and housekeeping clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property. The breakfast was also quite good, with a nice variety of options to start the day.

What truly stood out was the staff. Every front desk team member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They consistently checked in to make sure our stay was going well and were always available if we needed anything. We especially appreciated the attention to guest safety, the parking lot is secured and gated after 9:00 PM, which provided additional peace of mind.

Our only negative experience was a neighboring guest who began loudly slamming doors and yelling down the hallway around 6:30 AM for nearly an hour. While it was certainly disruptive, this was not a reflection of the hotel or its staff. It was simply inconsiderate behavior from another guest and not something the staff could have anticipated or reasonably prevented.

Overall, we had a very positive stay and would gladly return. Clean rooms, excellent staff, good breakfast, and strong attention to guest comfort and safety make this an easy recommendation.

This hotel is more than comfortable with a very kind front desk staff! The rooms are clean and well taken care of and they are proactive in ensuring your stay is as comfortable as it can be with close access to the medical centers nearby!

We always stay at the Holiday Inn Express near the OSU Medical Center in Columbus. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are always in excellent shape, and breakfast is ready for us every morning. I definitely recommend them for your overnight accommodations.

Everything is very clean and the front desk workers were very helpful

Absurd to charge for parking. Seems to be a random amount. Found a rotten apple under the couch. No clean towels the 2nd day. Fridge makes no noise all night. Dresser drawers kept sliding open.

The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Good vibe when you walk in. Nice front desk folks. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was on point. Pool was clean and plenty of towels. Room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was the paid parking due to the lot being secure. Happy with stay and would definitely come again.

Had a great experience thus far, before we even arrived we received a free room upgrade as there was an issue with our other room. Not to mention receiving a very kind text from the morning manager asking if there was anything they could do in preparation for us. 10/10, will definitely return if we are back in the area.
