Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Olentangy River Road was outstanding from start to finish! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day.

The staff was one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their excellent customer service truly made us feel at home.

The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of hot and cold options, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to Ohio State University, restaurants, shopping, and downtown Columbus.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Columbus with exceptional service, this Holiday Inn Express is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed at holiday inn express osu medical center Columbus. Service experience was excellent. The room was nice. The beds are a little too soft, but to qualify, I like sleeping on the hardest possible mattress. It was just a one night stay for OSU orientation. Overall great experience.

Location was okay, the atmosphere was okay not really friendly, the rooms were spacious. The pullout was terrible.

The location was great. The room was really nice and clean. The atmosphere was really inviting from the decor in the lobby to the room. The hotel staff was also really nice and took the time to cater to my needs. I would definitely recommend a stay here .

Great room, great service, and Barbie was so very helpful in helping me print off something that I needed despite it being rather difficult to do. I appreciate her efforts very much! That kind of service is rare. Thank you, Barbie! The breakfast lady was extremely hard-working and bent over backwards to take care of anything that was not right. The food was fantastic also.

Thank you for a relaxing stay! We stayed between doctor appointments over two days. Barbie was very accommodating with our requests. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi in the late afternoon. Breakfast was hot and delicious! We will stay here again!

Nice attention and actitud for the team

Nice hotel, nice staff, nice size rooms, quiet, good location, good value for money, nice facilities.

I stayed here from Monday through Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all warm and welcoming, especially Ms. Annette, who was so joyful and cheerful throughout our stay. She kindly offered us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated.

After checking out, we spent some time in the lobby enjoying the gospel music. One of the Front Office Managers also graciously offered us complimentary coffee and juice, which was a thoughtful gesture.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely be back!
