Pros:

酒店位置超级方便，干净卫生，前台的经理Lyren和Una服务态度也很专业。自助早餐也推荐，品类齐全，尤其是吃了三天的汤米粉，各种浇头，白吃不厌。走到地铁口很近也很好找，步行到上海自然博物馆只要两站路，不热的天气走过去很舒服的。上海自然博物馆是宝藏，娃六岁多，喜欢动物，进去逛的很开心。下次来上海还会选择这家酒店

Really good hotel, very clean.
Pros:

The hotel room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Soundproofing which is good. I was also upgraded to another room which was really kind of the staff. The room has a lot of amenities which was really good. Very clean hotel. Also a good location to get to Shanghai sites (few minutes by metro or a 40 minutes walk)

Cons:

WiFi in the hotel is very bad. Also the breakfast did not have a lot of vegetarian options. This was very disappointing. Although the staff were nice when I checked in, the staff at the check in desk the next day were quite rude.

必须给到全五星好评，这次入住直接刷新了我对上海苏河江景酒店的认知!酒店位置绝佳，出门便能看到上海站的氛围，办理入住时Lyren热情专业，还主动帮我安排了高楼层的无遮挡房间好感度直接拉满。退房后Lyren 还贴心回访，愿意再来
