慕名前往，失望而归，名不副实。
Pros:

地理位置不错，步行去上海火车站，有无障碍电梯跨高架桥。酒店大堂很漂亮，有室内游泳池。

Cons:

酒店设施陈旧，我所住的房间好像很久没人住过。毛巾架上可以看到尘土，房间里空调电机声音很大，夜间感觉就像在飞机上睡觉，一直有轰鸣声，我们不得不取消后面预订的房间提前离开。付了五星级酒店的价格，享受了三星级酒店的设施，有些失望。

Très bel hôtel au centre de Shanghai
Pros:

Très bel hôtel bien situé dans Shanghai, belles chambres spacieuses et lits très confortables avec salles de bains très bien équipées. Personnel agréable et très professionnel. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Very pleasant stay, friendly staff and very comfortable beds!

Also near metro and railway station.

All in all, not bad. Some staff are kind and helpful; at least one staff is crazy with anger issues.
Pros:

Housekeeping lady was nice, concierge was friendly. Jason, from concierge services, was also very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

On level 17, I could hear one of the staff screaming very loudly (perhaps at another staff) behind the door of a staff-only room. I was in shock and looked at the lady walking towards that room. The lady was wearing a black skirt suit and she looked at me and said in Chinese, “没事”, then opened the door and walked into the room with the crazy screaming lady, telling her the hotel guest heard her.
