Pros:

I’ll start off with a positive, our room was clean, that it’s important. I checked for bedbugs as well, none. After that, this place is…….no. I would not stay here again. The decor is HIDEOUS. Nothing matches, it is a mishmash of very old decor with heinous blue wallpaper with lasers or something on it. Our room had a missing outlet plate-not good if you have littles.

The airport shuttle is a 10 passenger van that doesn’t have the name of the hotel on it. It only runs every 45 min so if you miss the time frame available in the morning or after you need pick up-you will be waiting and could possibly miss your flight. We ended up just taking an Uber back to the hotel when we landed because we would have just had to sit there for 45 min. This just kind of negates the whole reason for the park and fly The hotel is only about 14 min from the airport. We wouldn’t have known which van was their’s anyway since it isn’t marked. Blech. We didn’t like it.

The staff wears regular streetwear clothing, it is hard to tell who actually works there.

The hotel looked as if they were in the middle of renovation. Our keys stopped working mid-stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the room looked nice but there was damage to the covers, had to hold the handle for the toilet, permanent marker markings on the sink. Not at all what we expected.

Cons:

That there was visible damage in the hallway. Like there was pieces of the ceiling missing right outside of our door. I did not like that our keys stopped working mid-stay. Mind you we kept them away from out phones to make sure. The second time, my husband had to hold the door up for the key to work in the door.

Not worth it for the trouble we had
Pros:

The area where the property was located was fine

Cons:

The parking lot is incredibly small. There were several times each day that we would come back to the hotel and there would be no parking spaces.

The front desk staff was frequently missing, and several of them were woefully under trained when it came to fixing our problems. Speaking of problems we received two room cards and only one of them was working. We took the other one down to have it fixed and it immediately removed the other card. So at any given time, we only had one card to the room.

The building itself seemed to be partially under construction, which I understand places need upgrades and what not. But every area of the building seem to be dirty, including the handrails, the floors and the rug rugs in the entryway.


The last two days of our stay, the elevators were broken. I really hope that there wasn’t a handicap. Person stuck upstairs when that happened. I myself I’m suffering from a back injury, and it was incredibly difficult to haul myself and my bags up and down the stairs.

This is just personal preference, but the mirror in the bathroom is back lit, and it is incredibly bright. It would be nice if it had a dimmer or an option to only have an overhead light.

Cons:

The elevator did not work. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom our keys hardly worked the room smell like smoke when we first entered the room. There was a hole in the ceiling that water was dripping into a bucket and was slippery all the time.

I woke up with numerous itchy bites all over my legs, which caused significant discomfort. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

I reported the issue, but the experience ruined my stay. I expected a clean and safe place to sleep, not to leave covered in bites. I hope the hotel takes this problem seriously, inspects all affected rooms, and treats the infestation immediately so other guests do not have to go through the same experience.

The hotel was very clean, no problems with that, and the location was great

Cons:

I didn't like that they did not put enough bath towels in my suite, they only put towels for two guest and it was four of us. I ask the housekeeper for some more towels for my two grandkids, she replied she didn't have any towels, I knew she did because was cleaning the room next door. I had to explain to her, I need some towels so we can take a shower and check out, she finally gave me some towels and the handicap parking I told the front desk there were two cars park in handicap parking and each car didn't have handicap plates or placard

Find Another Hotel For Your Stay
Pros:

Pros: The beds were comfortable.It’s close to the airport. Good breakfast options. Park & Stay offered….prompt & quick shuttle to the airport.

Cons: While the hotel is obviously undergoing a remodel, there were still some major issues. Elevator was not working….and wasn’t told this during check-in. Key card would not work in outside door. Vending machines would not accept dollar bills….so had to pay $6 for a bottled water from their convenience store. We had to rehang curtains in our room as they were unusable. Our room was “renovated” - but still had the old hardware that was loose and in need of repair.

Biggest Con: After returning to the airport from our trip, we called for the shuttle to pick us up. They told us it would be 15 minutes. Then they called back and said it would be an additional 15 minutes before someone could pick us up but we could call an Uber - which we did not as we already paid for the shuttle service. After 3 phone calls and waiting ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES, they finally sent the shuttle to pick us up. From a business standpoint, this is purely unprofessional.

All this to say - we will not be returning to this hotel and highly encourage others not to use this hotel & shuttle service. Surely there are more efficient & courteous hotels in the area that value strong customer service.

It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Indianapolis.
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

It was under remodel. The paint fumes were terrible and strong. The site showed a jacuzzi in pictures there was not one. The pool was supposed to be heated it was ice cold. An alarm went off at 2:20am and no one addressed it. The staff was rude and had excuses for everything that happened except for why the alarm went off. The bathroom light didn’t stay on more than a few seconds before it shut off. The milk do breakfast was spoiled and chunky as well.

Pros:

The room was updated for the most part. Location was good right next to highway for travelers. Pool was nice.

Cons:

My original room that I was given, the bed wasn't made. In my new room, the key card opener to door didn't work and the air conditioner was broken.
