Comfort Suites near Indianapolis Airport

Wouldn’t provide change for washer,had to go gas station.
Didn’t have dryers so had to take clothes downstairs.
Elevator wasn’t working had to use stair

Just dirty people.

Road conditions in poor access from main street, major potholes substandard road surface. I’ll accept that hotel has little to do with street repair, maybe the city need some stroking! Hotel is aging some repairs needing attention to keep up public approvals

We didn’t have any water Sunday morning so couldn’t shower or give two kids their baths

Bathtub was peeling and couldn’t get stopper to stay up so skipped showering. Drapes had grease stains and ants were all over AC unit. Morning person and shuttle person were helpful but man who checked me in at 3:30 PM acted as if he was “doing me a favor”….he was more interested in his phone and his Coke.

The key cards didn’t work very well to get into our room, the outside side door card reader didn’t work at all, the elevator didn’t work, the building looks outdated.

That there was visible damage in the hallway. Like there was pieces of the ceiling missing right outside of our door. I did not like that our keys stopped working mid-stay. Mind you we kept them away from out phones to make sure. The second time, my husband had to hold the door up for the key to work in the door.

The parking lot is incredibly small. There were several times each day that we would come back to the hotel and there would be no parking spaces.

The front desk staff was frequently missing, and several of them were woefully under trained when it came to fixing our problems. Speaking of problems we received two room cards and only one of them was working. We took the other one down to have it fixed and it immediately removed the other card. So at any given time, we only had one card to the room.

The building itself seemed to be partially under construction, which I understand places need upgrades and what not. But every area of the building seem to be dirty, including the handrails, the floors and the rug rugs in the entryway.


The last two days of our stay, the elevators were broken. I really hope that there wasn’t a handicap. Person stuck upstairs when that happened. I myself I’m suffering from a back injury, and it was incredibly difficult to haul myself and my bags up and down the stairs.

This is just personal preference, but the mirror in the bathroom is back lit, and it is incredibly bright. It would be nice if it had a dimmer or an option to only have an overhead light.

The elevator did not work. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom our keys hardly worked the room smell like smoke when we first entered the room. There was a hole in the ceiling that water was dripping into a bucket and was slippery all the time.

Elevator broke. Pool area dirty with hair everywhere. Baseboards missing. Door stuck. Side door wouldn’t open with room key. Keys had to be reprogrammed twice.

Bathroom needed some work

I didn't like that they did not put enough bath towels in my suite, they only put towels for two guest and it was four of us. I ask the housekeeper for some more towels for my two grandkids, she replied she didn't have any towels, I knew she did because was cleaning the room next door. I had to explain to her, I need some towels so we can take a shower and check out, she finally gave me some towels and the handicap parking I told the front desk there were two cars park in handicap parking and each car didn't have handicap plates or placard
